Review: Good value for a bulk pack kit, this has everything in it t get going - This is a 15m set, and that was the perfect amount to cover the top of all four walls in our small-mid size computer room, within coving. This is based on 5050 RGB emitters run at 24v, and is the stock bare strip, so there's no silicone layer on top to quickly discolour which is good. When the arrived the first thing I did was to test these whilst they were still on the roll and there's obviously a reason they say not to do that, all coiled up these will generate a lot of heat! It's not an issue when they're spread out so just remember to unroll them. The remote is powered by a CR2025 which are really easy to source replacements for, and it's a larger black version compared to the generic white ones that seem to be most common in sets like this. The slow fades are my personal favourite and this set didn't have any 'hard steps' that I noticed when it loops back around so that's a positive. Good value for a bulk pack kit, this has everything in it t get going, and seems to work best when the LED's are lighting indrectly so you're not looking directly at the modules because there's no diffusion, but they give off a strong light because they're 24v modules. Super easy plug and play.

This is a 15m set, and that was the perfect amount to cover the top of all four walls in our small-mid size computer room, within coving. This is based on 5050 RGB emitters run at 24v, and is the stock bare strip, so there's no silicone layer on top to quickly discolour which is good. When the arrived the first thing I did was to test these whilst they were still on the roll and there's obviously a reason they say not to do that, all coiled up these will generate a lot of heat! It's not an issue when they're spread out so just remember to unroll them. The remote is powered by a CR2025 which are really easy to source replacements for, and it's a larger black version compared to the generic white ones that seem to be most common in sets like this. The slow fades are my personal favourite and this set didn't have any 'hard steps' that I noticed when it loops back around so that's a positive. Good value for a bulk pack kit, this has everything in it t get going, and seems to work best when the LED's are lighting indrectly so you're not looking directly at the modules because there's no diffusion, but they give off a strong light because they're 24v modules.
