Look at the sizing chart, it will tell you. Fizik's sizing chart is identical to Shimano so it was easy for me to get the correct size. You can find cross reference sizing chats for all the name brands online if you need. These shoes snug down perfectly, all the way to the Velcro strap, un-like the similar styled Shimano shoes. Light, comfortable and stylish too.
