For reference, every blender we've owned in the past 15 years has been used daily at breakfast to make frozen fruit, vegetable, and Greek yogurt smoothies. And 2-3 times a week to make sauces and dressings. Had a 7 year old Vitamix series 5200 blender on it's last legs and decided to replace it after I dropped and broke the container from 3 1/2 feet . (don't get me started on the outrageous replacement container cost) Since the Vitamix was so good it was a no-brainer to replace it with another one. Don't know what happened, but quality went **BADLY** downhill. The new Vitamix was unbearably loud and much weaker on low settings. It vibrated so much that it physically moved on our kitchen countertop. Luckily Costco allowed a return after 60 days. Took a gamble on this CRANDDI blender in June 2021 and never looked back. It chews up frozen fruits and vegetables on the **LOWEST SETTING**. It's **MUCH** quieter than the replacement Vitamix, and about the same as the previous one we loved and used for so long. An added bonus is the container durability - it survived the same 3 1/2 foot drop that shattered the Vitamix container. The flip down cover is genius for 2 reasons: 1. It makes a **HUGE** difference dampening the sound. 2. If you forget the container lid, it saves you from a huge mess on your kitchen counter. Embarrassing to say, but that's happened a few times while in a rush. (you're not going to forget the flip down cover because of reason #1 above) At the 3 1/2 year mark the control knob came loose, but shimmed with tissue and problem solved. For $169.99 in 2021 we couldn't be happier. At it's June 2026 (discounted) $199.99 price, it's a **STEAL** compared to Vitamix.

This is my favorite blender, it not only blends easily anything you put into it but it’s not loud which is helpful for noise sensitivity

As advertised, a lot quieter than standard blenders. Does a good job on smoothies and nuts. It is big!

I've always wanted to buy a heavy duty blender. Finally, I chose this blender from Cranddi. Recived it not bad. I had a personal blender, but I feel they are qualitatively different. Just like a mobile phone cameras compare with professional cameras. Not at the same level. The power is strong, and the noise is less. It should have been very noisy, but the manufacturer has considered this and designed a sound shield to reduce noise. About assembly: It's almost ready to use when I receive them. Just take out the base, cup and accessories and combine them together then power on. It's easy to use and I almost don't need to assemble. About use: This is vey easy to use as same as the person blender. Panel is very simple and clear. Two buttons(switch and pulse) and one speed setting. About my feelings: 1. Really professional and different from my old one. It is very strong power. Almost all ingredients are crushed in seconds. 2. There has a safety lock on top base. I thought it was broken at first. But it work after I put the cup on. 3. Container is good, not glass, easy to clean.The lid is relatively tight and has good sealing performance. 4. Oh, there also have a reset button, it saids for protect the motor. Overall, it's large capacity 80oz, strong power 2200W, and less noise. I am dying to use it at my upcoming party. It should be help.

Ease of use. Quiet makes for happy roommates

Does not blend well if you use frozen fruit or veggies. It’s quiet enough but not nearly as quiet as a blendtec blender.

This is the best blender for anything - I do hot soup, smoothies, sauces etc - it's very quiet and powerful

Excellent blender. Powerful and quiet. However, I was pushing it too hard with a smoothie that was maybe too thick. It shut itself off, but it never woke back up. I couldn't find a reset button. Fortunately, I was still within the 30 day Prime return window, so I could return it, no problem.

Very quiet compared to other blenders

I was exited to have a blender with a noise shield, good price I though, when turn to max power the blender after some minutes over heat and shutdown. today try to use and the light in front when dark and not turning on. it is not for commercial use so do not get fooled

I bought one of those blenders over a month ago. The blender speed control button developed an issue a short while after so I contacted the seller, who immediately sent a replacement item. Thier service and guarantee of workmanship is excellent

After reading the positive reviews about this blender I placed an order, I received an open damaged box. I ordered another unit it arrived in a different packaging, but was also damaged. I decided to give it a try, vibration was crazy at high speed. The blender was moving around like a washing machine. When comparing the two units I received I noticed differences in the materials used. Both were poorly packaged. One unit had scratches and the other was vibrating too much. In returned both and ordered another brand. Maybe this issue is related to the local UAE dealer.

Sadly the CRANDDI doesn't work well for my typical blender use - filling it w/ ~1.2KG of ice, some liquid and then blending into a HUGE shake. My Ninja handles this well, but noisily and it takes ~10-15 min to fully blend. Unfortunately the CRANDDI's standard blade doesn't really work like the Ninja's multi level blade, and I have to blend up the ice with water, drain the water, then re-blend with the proper additional ingredients. It's time consuming and the final result just doesn't come out as creamy/frothy as with the Ninja. Returning the CRANDDI.
