The Bradford Exchange Thomas Kinkade Reflections of Christmas Light Up Tabletop Tree

Sent to my folks for Christmas. They thought it was just wonderful and very beautiful.

Very disappointed in this item. Item only vaguely resembles pictures. Starting at the top, The star did not light up, The glass tree was very crude and did not sparkle like indicated in the advertise picture. The village scene was different, Starting on the left. leftmost house was at the same level as the rest of the village. This left it mostly hidden by the foreground. It's supposed to be raised so that the second floor is even with the train tracks. The center seen looked cluttered. The horse drawn sleigh was backwards, and appeared to be printed on a block a plastic. The shading of the hill was nonexistent. Instead of stair steps going up to this train track, it was just a simple path leading to another house. Also there were missing figures here or relocated to some other place The rightmost house was also level with the main scene. This house was supposed to be level with the train tracks. The left and right most house should create a tunnel affect under the tree, so the train can enter and exit the scene through this tunnel. All in all a very poor facsimile, which leaves me to question the authenticity of the item. See pictures, and you be the judge.

Is small but so precious

Love it, but is smaller than I thought. Price is higher than I'd like for the size. So beautiful though.

The train didn’t go around track. I figured out front car was bent towards wall. Had to bend it back. Now it goes around but scrapes on one side. Music sounds like a carousel. Not pretty, but ok. I do love the lighted village and led tree. Not worth the nearly $200 I paid with shipping tho.

Great decorationn

I was extremely disappointed in this item. It’s not at all as pictured. The tree is not as detailed or as well lit up as shown. The star doesn’t light up at all. The train is cheap looking. The craftsmanship isn’t at all what you should be getting from The Bradford Exchange. I bought this as a gift but will not be giving it. I will have to find something else. It’s not at all worth the money or the hassle to return it. Sad to see a dependable company put out such a subpar product.

Ce sapin de Noël de table, à deux options de fonctionnalités, (1) un fil pour branché, et (2) 3 piles de batterie petite 3 AAA, mais si vous utiliser le fil électrique, vous avez pas besoin de utiliser les piles à batterie, mais une autre affaire, quand vous allumez ce sapin décoratif vous avez (2 on) un côté gauche et l'autre côté droite, mais si jamais vous faites jouer la musique de Noël en appuyant sur le bouton rond, gardé le bouton carré de (on) à votre droite, c'est ambigu de dire ça, mais c'est le test que j'ai fait, et l'autre affaires le bouton off est situé au milieu, à part de ça c'est très excellent 😁👍

A lot tinier than portrayed in the photos. The glass tree sits on top of the base and does not secure very well. It does not give off much light and the ad must be zoomed in on the product because in person the details are super small. Very disappointed and definitely not worth the value at all. See photos with my hand confirming actual size. Also a photo of the glass tree lifted off the base to show how insecure it is.

It's lovely to look at with the changing colors but overpriced for what it is. The ornaments attached to the base are flimsy and very easy to break.
