Hi do they all have a hole punched spot on the bag?

Yes. And it makes a mess! I’m not sure why they are selling these with big holes in the bags. I’ve ordered these several times and last few times it looks like someone took a hole puncher and punched through the entire pack. Seeds everywhere when u open the amazon mailer! I’m buying again, but it’s annoying.

Will love birds enjoy this treat?

Yes I give it to my three love birds and it only last half an hour. That's how much they love it.

Will the seeds sprout if exposed to water?

Yes, I've planted them so my birds can eat the sprouts!
