I've given this 2 stars more because of the poor service as much as the poor quality. First impressions count and if this had been bought as a present for anyone it would have come winging back straight away putting me out and leaving me without a gift. First, once I had opened the perfectly undamaged Amazon box I found inside the box containing this product. It looked like something I might have picked up in a Charity shop or boot fair. The box was tatty, beaten up and stuck with together with sellotape. I suspected straight away I had a refurbished product rather than a brand new one. My suspicions were further confirmed when I opened the box only to find both the cellophane bags containing the cushion and the pump had been roughly torn open and could not longer properly contain their items. It clearly had been a product someone had returned. I took out the pump. Well what can I say? This was such poor quality. It came with a pin for inflating the cushion and another adapter which neither fitted the cushion or the pump. I started to think this had been put in there by mistake by whoever had previously returned this item. As I looked closer, there was no good way of securing the needle to the pump other than just pushing it in. This was never going to work well as the seal would not be air tight nor would it stay on under pressure but I hadn't given up yet. Trying to get the pin into the valve in the cushion was further frustrating and I suspect it was at this point that the previous owner decided to return the product. It took me ages before I managed it and indeed I was on the point of giving up when I finally got it. Now for the inflation. The pump is so small that it barely adds any air with every pump. Every half dozen or so pumps and the needle became detached for the pump body and I would have to push it back in. Eventually I started to see some increase in volume but by then I was getting very tired. I had to have a break. It took me three sessions before I had it at an inflation level I could just about work with. When I extracted the pump I saw the effort had bent the needle. The cushion itself seems fine and I'm sure it'll do it's job although time will tell how quickly it deflates, but next time I shall use a cycle pump or even my electric tyre inflator. This company clearly thinks it doesn't matter how it serves its customers, I suspect they are Chinese. It would be the equivalent of going into a shop and buying something over the counter only to see the sales assistant kick it around the floor before throwing it at you. Reading other peoples comments this is clearly not a one off but a habit. Buy from someone else and preferably a different make too unless you are not worried about the pump. UPDATE After 4 days of using it for 2 minutes a day it had deflated and needed pumping up again. I'm only 120 lbs. I was expecting at least a couple of weeks of use so clearly the quality of the cushion is not as good as I first thought so another star lost. FURTHER UPDATE I tried sitting on it. After an hour it was totally flat. I have now returned it. Hopefully it won’t get sent out to a third customer.

Does the trick! The pump is useless though. I used the adapter and a bike pump.

Please note that the long metal attachment for the pump should be in the handle of the pump. There is another attachment provided however, this does not appear to be for use with the cushion. It appears some may not know this from some of the comments. The pump was OK. Very cheep and the end kept coming off however, it did the job. I purchased two cushions and both boxes were tattered and Scelotaped closed. I wouldn't want to give it as a gift however, it did the job of protecting the product and keeping the pump inside. The cushion seems OK. The material looks thick and there was no damage to it. I've had a quick test and it seems OK. I look forward to seeing how it gets on.

I bought this to help with physio after breaking my ankle. It’s a much better style than the hard plastic ones for my physio because it’s the inflated cushion is softer on the tender skin. The only issue I had was that the pump didn’t work but as I had one for my exercise ball I could use that so didn’t bother contacting seller.

Seemed like a good product but unfortunately it must have had a small hole in it somewhere as it deflated immediately. Returning item

I decided to buy this product for my son who has had a lot of dealings with occupational therapists in the past. Once the schools decided to close, back in March, my son was then left to learn at home. Some days he would sit and learn in front of the computer and other days he would not sit at all and would keep getting up and moving around the house. A wobble cushion is a great way to get your child to sit on a chair and "wobble" which gives them a sense of moving about but actually they are still seated. This wobble cushion comes with its own pump and I found this extremely handy as I never had a pump at home. It's a nice vibrant blue colour and does not feel like it can be easily popped. If my son was not sitting on the cushion then he had his feet on it whilst sitting down and wobbling it with his feet. Either way, he sat for longer periods of time to complete his work.

I ordered two of this product, each came with a different inflation nozzle, neither of them correct and therefore the items could not be inflated. I’m sure if you have a needle-type nozzle of your own you would be fine but unfortunately I don’t. Don’t bother buying these - you get what you pay for!

Das Sitzkissen ist heil angekommen und bisher gut - zumindest bis jetzt. Glücklicherweise hatte ich noch eine alte Ballpumpe da, denn es war zwar eine Pumpe drin, aber leider der falsche Aufsatz. Deshalb auch zwei Sterne weniger. Ich finde, dass man als Verkäufer wissen muss was man genau verkauft und - wenn ich Zubehör anbiete - was passend dazu gehört!
