OK, 1st remember that this is a £49 chair, so don't expect much. It is a good chair depending on your usage. Think carefully what you want before buying.It is a cute little chair and very light. Took 5 minutes to put together. Attache base plate, make sure not tighten until all holes are lined up. Tighten, remove the red cap on the hydraulic stem. Attach, insert the wheels and that's it. No tools needed as it comes with a single Allen key. It does not take much space and the reason I bough it. The height adjustment is good, better than my gaming chair. I find it comfortable for now and fits well with m setup, for work and reading.For £49, I think it is a good value.

Chair itself was delivered with a faulty gas lift. After emails back and forth for a week they send us the replacement. The chair looks great but is just so uncomfortable to sit on for long periods of time (ie working from home or gaming etc) there is very little padding in the seat and the back of the seat is at a weird angle so when you sit back you’re bending your back backwards. Disappointing.

very nice chair, arrived fast after order (not prime) you can put together in a couple of mins, my six year old daughter loved it.

This chair is beautiful and well made. It is not super comfortable, but fine for short tasks.

the elevated handle is not fixed well

Needed a new comfy computer chair. Totally disappointed with this purchase. On website it looks amazing but when I got it found the back very very short and does not support your back. Overall it's a great design barring the back of the chair.
