My daughter and son like them. Smells like candy.
My daughter loved this mouth guard. Molded fine and its not too thick to where its irritates her. Cant talk to the flavoring but you can sure smell the synthetic flavoring. So as long as she likes it, she is wearing it and seems to have good coverage in the mouth to be 100% effective. At 9, she has the adult size now and it fits perfect. She has a big mouth. Same goes for my 11 year old son. The adult size seems small for an adult. It didn’t cover my back molars when I tried it out ( before boiling)

My 11-year-old son, who is about 5 foot tall, uses this mouth guard. It is on the small side so I would size up if possible but he will use it this season and it has gotten through just fine. He says it still taste good too!
