Hart that has many good pointers on this subject.Very solid construction, easy to assemble and use, although you will benefit from watching some YouTube videos on how to use this type of lift - a Hoyer lift.Finally, I read all the reviews, and the few negative ones - I felt were without merit. About being too heavy to assemble, I do understand this, but the weight is clearly marked. It is indeed heavy. About the hydraulic lift slowly gong down - there is a switch that prevents this, and I suspect that user did not realize it has to be flipped to prevent this.Finally, seller service was excellent, as a small screw as missing, the thumb screw for lock a bar into place.
