So glad I bought these
So glad I bought these! I use one only for cookies and baked goods, and I use the second one for more greasy food that usually ruin my cookie sheet pans, such as sausage balls. Not only do these mats keep the food from burning, but with super greasy foods, they keep the grease from pooling on the pan, staining the pan, and soaking back into whatever you're cooking. And the mats are super easy to clean, lay 'em flat to dry, and then I keep mine rolled up and stored separately (the mat used for greasy foods always feels kinda slimy) so they take up minimal space.

Versatile mats
I ordered several sets of these, and used many of them to line the shelves in my fridge. They do a great job of protecting the shelves, and are easier to remove and clean if there is a spill (as opposed to removing or trying to clean the actual shelf). They also provide non-slip surfaces in places where it's needed.They also make great baking mats (as designed :D).

Don't Hesitate!
This is my first purchase and use of Silicone Baking Mats and I am so pleased with these Cook FX mats! I was tired of fighting with parchment paper, these are much better and work just as I would want. They are perfect for my cheese straws and other crackers and clean easily. Hard to clean
Attractive looking baking mats cook OK but are hard to clean. I tried the warm soapy water, I tried soaking them for a few days and then I tried the dishwasher. Stains from the first use will not come off

Was good till I baked salmon and I couldn't get rid of fish smell. Probably good to bake just cookies but not a dish.
