Great customer service.
After a bit of a delivery disaster. The seller went out of their way to ensure that we got the product quickly by another courier. Top marks for that customer service. Product itself works as expected. Easy to install and considerably cheaper than some recognised catering suppliers.

Poor product, poor customer service.
I would not recommend the product or company. We bought this in March 2025 and it sprung a leak in September 2025. They simply said we haven't had a complaint before and they usually last for years. The warranty is only for 3 months so if there problem after that they are not interested. Product simply not fit for purpose. Customer service poor.
