We personally have never had an issue with storage out of refrigeration. It seems to last as long as it takes for my wife to consume it. I do not know what the official time would be, but it seems to have a long shelf life.

Do glucerna hunger smart comes in two flavors?

As far as I know they do vanilla and chocolate and I've even seen nothing strawberry but the thing is is you have to do your own study your own research to see what is best for you
