Family owned selling a high quality product
Wanted to grow some wheat grass for my cats. Found this product was high quality, the right quantity, and the right price. I planted in potting soil and had sprouts in seven days. The cats like the tall green wheat leaves. This product is very clean and would be easy to grind for fresh baked bread. The bag is a single ingredient of wheat berries only no bugs or anything foreign. I have not cooked any of the berries yet, but a porridge would be fun and easy also.

delicious and heart healthy
love this product! if you have the time to cook these as mine takes over an hour and a half. next time in the pressure cooker for one hour. but the wheat berries are so tasty with that chewy texture most of us love. not to mention the health benefits from the fiber and proteins. i put these in my food bowl constructions and they are quite popular. i add some favorable sauce, like Japanese or Asian sauces and BBQ depending on the bowl theme. will definitely buy again.

Whole berries purchased for milling
Purchase for milling our own flower, but also use it for sprouting to add back to the breads or toasting them as a snack. Nice natural flavor, grinds, easily, sprouted easily. Great quality. Great value

My Favorite Brand for Home-Milling
I love Palouse grains for their quality, freshness, and overall flavor. I grind my own whole wheat flour, and these hard red winter wheat berries are perfect. When milled, they look as they should -- like typical brown whole wheat flour. ("Red" refers to the kind of wheat, not the actual color, even though the brown has red undertones.) As long as the hulls aren't cracked, these wheat berries will last for years. In addition to being milled for flour, these can be cooked as wheat berries and used in a variety of dishes that call for them. -- Debbie Lee Wesselmann

Wheatgrass
I grew the most beautiful sweet wheatgrass . I will be ordering more. I highly recommend these seeds to anyone wanting to grow wheatgrass. I am a master wheatgrass grower and normally go to a co op for seeds but I no longer can get there and these seeds are guaranteed to grow!!!
