The jury's still out on this one. I have a short asymmetrical cut, but my hair is very fine and frizzy, so I thought this would be the answer for me. I'm not real impressed with it so far, only because I haven't given it enough tries. When I've tried it in the past, it just didn't do what I was expecting. It left my hair dry and had no body to it. I'm afraid to try it if I have to go out because so far it has been very disappointing. In my humble opinion, I believe it would work wonders on long hair, but if your has is on the short side, then I would be cautious. It could be that I'm just using the thing wrong. It is rather awkward with the controls on the side of the brush and I kept hitting the buttons, it is also rather heavy and bulky. I think it could be a great tool with a little tweaking.

I wish I could give it five stars. I have fine hair that if left to dry naturally will have waves and frizz out. It did help to straighten my hair but it took a lot of passes to get the texture I was looking for. It was easy to hold and use but its didn't do anything that my regular straightener couldn't do.

Easy to use, and works great! I didn't expect it to get as hot as it does. Very happy with this purchase.

This item actually get my hair straight. Being an African American Woman with (4C Curly Hair) this item straighten my hair with 2 strokes (combing in between). Make sure your hair is Shampoo/Combed/Air Dryed Completely/ before using this product. I Love it. Thanks AddaBelle.

I've used my brush for a month. It gets better when learning how to use it. Brush still smells plasticy, have clean it with alcohol. I made my own cover for the button controls on the side of the brush. Poor design on that, a man must have design it. After using this item for 2 months the red plastic nubs have come off and I have burn my forehead several times. Would not recommend buying this product.

Great product it works well for what I brought it for

Works great. Such a wonderful product. Straightens my and my granddaughters hair perfect. The only thing I don't like is the back of the brush at the top gets real hot, too. Otherwise, I would recommend this product highly.

Ok, I bought this product thinking that it wold help me get out the door quicker in the morning, but no such luck. The straightening brush was always turning off; plus, an awful smell of chemicals filled my bathroom. I had to keep the bathroom window open for at least 2 hrs before the smell went away. Sorry, this was a waist of time and money.
