The most effective way that I found for the crayons to take shape in heir mold is to carefully place in the freezer for no more then 10 minutes. I got them for my Kindergarten class when we ran out, because they were cheap and I didn't have to peel any more crayons! Good plan, but they break easier than the common brands, and colors aren't as vibrant. They should have made them chunkier.
