Mainly use this to thicken Chinese sauces. It’s what the takeaways use. You can use cornflour but it tends to ‘cook out’ as in it’ll go runny again eventually whereas this stays as a thickener forever.

This potato starch is fine, clean and easy to work with. It’s great for thickening sauces and works well in baking too. The large bag is good value and lasts a long time, especially if you use it regularly.

Delivery prompt but the side of the bag was split and contents had leaked out into the brown delivery bag. salvaged what I could. Unmodified, Gluten Free, Dissolves effortlessly. Many uses, works as it should.

The pouch had burst inside the packaging when I opened it. A refund was processed immediately and reordered

WE've been using yourhealthstore for some time now. I have Coeliac disease, and I've never had any issue with any of their products. This is also highly consistent. We bake a few loaves of bread each week, and every time they come out the same thanks to the reliability of this product. It's also great for Asian cookery, including thickening sauces and creating a crispy coating, and performs better than cornflour. I would consider it good value compared to its competitors.

Small tear started on the bag seem and leaked I to the packaging. Not a big deal but could be improved.

I really like using it, but a bit too pricey I would say.
