I wear xl t shirts, will xl fit, or should i choose differently?

I'm 5'11" & 195 lbs with a 33" waist and the XL fits about as pictured for me. Snug at the chest and slightly loose at the waist. If you want a looser fit go up a size.

if i buy these will it make my muscles look big like in the pictures? im currently 5’4” 103lbs male and wanting to bulk up.

Umm....no, you'll actually have to build your muscles to look muscular. A shirt won't help.

Is the just blue option also a 3 pack of shirts?

No. You have to buy the other colors with it.

China. If it was made in the U.S. they would market it that way. No labels on the shirts them selves. It was on the bag they came in. I've thrown those out.
