Looks great and does the job
Now had this for several months with no issues. Very unique colours and great fit for our blue themed kitchen.

Caveletto toaster
Absolutely love my new yoaster, perfect for my decor. Excellent price, perfect toast, easy to work controls.

Takes lots of time
Even tough we use it on option 3, it takes a lot of time. We leave it on and prepare the table because that makes no sense waiting around. It looks nice on the counter but it's too light so when you press the button down, the bum flies up. We don't mind using it but we'll definitely upgrade to something else when we can.

Quality doesn't match the name
I thought the trusted name of Tower meant quality. Not the case here, the toaster doesn't toast evenly no matter what the setting. The toaster tilts forward when you press the lever down to start the toaster, very poor quality

Last one didn’t last long but it is part of the set so we got another one

Looks good in our kitchen, But failed after 8 months
Bought this along with a matching kettle for our new kitchen and they look great. Removable crumb tray is a bonus, but not all of the crumbs are caught by it and several remain in the toaster shell. Unfortunately, after 8 months of daily use it has now failed - disappointing! Due to Amazon's position of warrant (they will only help for the first 30 days!) - I now have to go directly to Tower to try and get a resolution to this. Currently in limbo land.
