Use AM and PM for maximum benefits. Twist counterclockwise to open and clockwise to close. This is a thin, watery serum that reminds me of Hado Labo hyaluronic acid serum which is about a third of the price of this. You need to apply this to damp skin and follow up with a good cream or lotion that has occlusive properties to seal that into your skin or you will end up with rebound dryness. I found that it works well and contains some nice extracts. It is also alcohol, fragrance, and essential oil free.
