**Q: Hello, the description lists "1.18 gallons water tank" and states again further down "0.66 gallons / 2.5 l water tank", how big is the actual tank?**
A: 2.5 L

**Q: Will this work to dehumidify a 1,500 square foot basement?**
A: We have a 1100  square foot basement and it works great! I empty it 1-2 times per day depending on if it’s humid or not. Summer for sure twice a day, winter more like once

**Q: Does the filter have to be changed?  or is it wahable?**
A: It is washable.  There is a washable filter come with the dehumidifier.

**Q: Is this product energy star certified?**
A: No it is not
