I always read reviews starting with the worst ones, the 1 stars, and then look at the total of 4 and 5 star reviews. I did the same with this, the 4 and 5 star reviews totaled 87%, a very high percentage. Some people complained about quality, the quality of mine seems to be very good. One of the main complaints concerns the size. I will admit that width and depth measurements seem to be overstated by approximately 1/2" each but that does not seem to be enough of an issue to cause someone to hate the product. Cups and smaller glasses and other items fit fine on the lower rack and larger glasses and all my plates, even a platter fit securely on the top rack. Someone mentioned that there was no place to put silverware. I bought a microfiber dish drying mat that I placed under the rack. The combination works perfectly.

Well made, easy to set up, no frills. I had to get creative to figure out how best to stack and dry flatware, and it lacks the capacity for a large family (or even large cookware), but I knew that going in. It looks attractive without drawing attention to itself, and does its job well. What more can I say? Be aware that there are add-on baskets to hold flatware, and you will probably want to buy a drying mat to put under it. Otherwise, it's hard to go wrong with this.

I really wanted to like this dish rack, I just can't. It's too small. I returned it. When the rack is opened the angle is too narrow, which means less stuff fits on it. My standard size cutting board won't fit securely. A standard muffin tin hangs way off. A large mixing bowl will not stand up to dry. The lower rack is also to steep. My 1-Cup glass measuring cup will not sit flat, it wants to flip up. Very disappointing.It seems to be made well and is very sturdy. It's just not designed for someone who does a lot of home cooking.

rack is very nice it just like all of them the small brads that hold it together don't. It arrived with two main supports not attached, we will keep it because I drilled two holes and put two small nails in it and it seem to be holding for now. I would recommend it but be ware of what might happen. We had a rack before from another company and the same thing happen, so its just part of this type of rack.

It works perfectly. As a husband whose chores include the nightly dishes, this drying rack really fits the bill. It is large enough to usually handle an entire meals dishes but small enough to fit on our small NYC apartment's counters. The slots are perfect for both dishes and silverware. It seems to be made well and we hope to get a long life from this product.

I love the look of this dish rack, but the functionality is lacking. There is no where to put the silverware. When the plates are stacked I can't open my cabinet door until they are dry. There is nothing to catch the water so I bought a washable pad, but you have to change it almost daily because it starts to smell like mildew so I switched to using towels and that looks as ugly as using a standard dish rack.

Larger than my old one and I needed that. Only thing to comment on is that the top portion could be spread out a little more as something larger in bulk (such as a cookie baking sheet) will not slide down into the slots. However, for all my other dishes it does just fine. Overall, am happy.

love it, it can fold up, it holds a lot perfectly and is much prettier than my old plastic one. i actually enjoy putting washed dishes on here and they dry fast because of the open slots -- i just bought a drying mat for $3 at rite aid to put under here to catch any water. love this thing. no official space for silverware but i put that on the drying mat that i keep under here, or i just put on bottom self, no worries, i love the ability to fold this up and have extra space.

The rack is very compact when folded, but has a very good capacity compared to other folder racks that we have used. So far no complaints and would recommend for anyone who hand washes and wants a drying rack that does not take up a lot of storage space. The rack should also accommodate 4 place settings with ease.

I bought this to replace a wooden one I have had for years. The bamboo is much better quality and it is a good length, but it doesn't open as wide as my previous one, so things do not fit on it so well.

It's nice appearance wise, but it's pretty difficult to stack dished in, the slots are too shallow and we've broken a couple plates using it so far...

Having read the reviews I thought I would give this product a try as the majority of the reviews were positive. The rack was not put together well and fell apart on the first use. Based on the positive reviews for this product I was willing to give the seller another chance as I felt this was just unfortunate. Despite agreeing to send a replacement the seller never kept his word. What a let down. Have given one star, but the product doesn't deserve it as it is not fit for purpose.

It is very good quality, finish and value for money the only negative point is that where you put the plates is too narrow and some don't stay in place safely.
