Good quality. Okay price. Not big on the paper bag. But it's a good deal overall. All inositol is sourced from several laboratories around the world. So it's all basically the same quality. And as it was very good for you and you know why if you're even reading this. So enjoy.

Great product with no fillers I placed under my tongue or on top tastes great ) & feel more relaxed sometimes I do it in the afternoon or right before bed. It also lowers blood glucose. How do I know I check my glucose . I really like this product. I also mix it with the GABA powder. To get a synergetic affect & enhance my 😴 sleep 💤

I like the taste and the texture and the pure white powder, I take it plain and with a beverage and it immediately disolves.

*Pros - good value, almost flavorless, dissolves well, easy to take. *Cons - packed in envelope - may want to pour into a container. No serving scoop & serving size is listed in grams - not very helpful without a scale. I found 1/4 teaspoon to be approximately a gram (close to recommended serving). But hey - the packaging saves you money. *How it worked for me - I'm 44 & my monthly cycle was getting shorter, tender breasts & tendency to yeast infection from mid cycle to period, 2-7 day migraines during period. Have been using chasteberry before this but was hoping inositol would also help (took inositol for about 6-8 weeks while continuing to take chasteberry). First few days of taking inositol I was extremely sleepy, yawning all day, so switched to taking at night. Started having really strong carb cravings. Started into worse yeast infection than usual. Got very constipated (not a problem I usually have). No major change in breast tenderness. Headaches same at best. More than usual depressed emotions but not sure if related to inositol. Stopped taking inositol about 6 weeks ago, feeling more like myself, bowel patterns going back normal. Less breast tenderness, less headache, less carb craving, actually lost a few pounds but not overweight to begin with. I tried because I heard such good things about inositol, but in my case it threw my body off balance. I'll stick with the chasteberry I was already using. (Perhaps the two supplements interacted badly - but that's a question for a naturopath I suppose.)
