Waterdrop RF10 Water Filter Replacement for Waterdrop 10UA/10UB/10UB-B

We’ve been using these filters for the last three years as we don’t have a refrigerator that can do filtration. This company makes it easy to find the replacement filters and the directions are simple and easy to follow. It makes our water taste great. And the price is middle of the road. As soon as I install it, I flush out the water and use it on my plants. But it’s ready to go within about five minutes. Pros: - I can literally replace a filter with one hand. - It ships super fast. - It has minimal packaging. - My water taste great afterwards. - It lasts for about six months, even though the packaging says it should last for a year. I don’t find this to be a negative because we have a lot of people who drink water in our family. Cons: - I have yet to find how this company says we should dispose of this filter. I would love more information on that. - I can’t really think of any cons right now. I would absolutely recommend this and would buy again as I have been doing.

About 6 months into using the filter my family started noticing the water began to have a funny taste indicating that the filter had begun to loss its effectiveness. I got in contact with customer service at Waterdrop and they got back to me right away to help me diagnose and fulfill my warranty. They were really helpful and made everything super easy! The new filter appears to be working as expected. Great experience and I’d definitely keep using their products.

Easy to install and use. There was no decrease in my water pressure after installing the filter. This is my second purchase of this filter. I purchased the same model one year ago.

This is the easiest under sink water filter to install and especially easy to replace the old filter. Tip, turn the water pressure off and put gentle downward hand pressure on the top case. A simple turn and twist to remove the old filter and then install the new one.
