ABC Products® Interface USB Cable Cord Lead for JVC Everio HDD Camcorder / Video camera GZ and G Series etc

Got this to replace lost cable. Works fine. You're going to need some software to get from the video format of this camcorder to something you can use like MOV or MP4. I'm on a Mac and use a freeware product called "Adapter" for this. It works fine too. There's also an inexpensive product called Aiseesoft AVCHD Converter for Mac that may have a PC version which works great. It converts to a skillion Codecs quickly and the only way I can get a WMV file on my Mac when I need one.

Cable works great for our live video camera.

I have had my JVC Everio sitting around for a long time with videos on the hard drive, and no usb to tranfer them. So logically I go and look for one and this was awesome for the price and I have had no problems transfering them from the JVC to the PC and now I can go on filming and delete everything in the hard drive!

Seems like it will work ok. Fits my camcorder, but I haven't used it yet so I cannot give any more of an opinion than that. I'm just glad that it fits.

The product that was provided is most certainly NOT compatible with the JVC Everio HDD Camcorder model GZ-MG130U to which I am trying to connect. Product was delivered in a timely manner, but given the inaccurate product description, I will not meet my deadline. Bummer.
