I like these scissors. They are the perfect size for cutting out small pictures and designs for the journals that I make.

Bought 2 sets. Both a little loose and would cut/pull hair. The screw actually tightens. Mist only function as a rivet. Sharp work as well as any fashion brand in a store that cost 3x the price.
