I brought this for several uses, making Hair Oils, Creams, and drinks. I think it's easier to disguise the taste in smoothies this powder has a sour/bitter taste that's unforgettable but my mum said all the best things for your body is usually bitter or green, I grew up on drinking Swedish bitters so this powder is OK. I didn't want to weaken the effectiveness of the vitamin C so mixed it with about 225ml WARM water about in a medium size waterproof bottle, heaped dessert spoon of homemade freshly puree ginger 🫚 and tablespoon of good honey 🍯give it a good SHAKE to keep ingredients equally distributed. I found it ok, saying it was NICE would be pushing it. The idea of having this every morning isn't a chore or unpleasant, the taste is definitely better disguise in a vegetable or fruit smoothie. I'm trying to eat a healthier diet, the sourness is unavoidable or strength determined by what its mixed with, isn't really a problem, get on with it, then you'll have the rest of the day thinking about how loving and caring you are to your body, remember the benefits isn't immediately. I appreciated the incredibly fast delivery, LOVE that with Amazon and secure packaging 📦 the price is reasonable for the large size 1kg. Expiry May 2026 almost 2 years isn't bad. You have to experiment to find what is best for your taste buds but give it a try, I still have a lot of experimenting to do I'll see how it goes in finding my happy place with the Alma Powder 😊

I’m using Amla solely as a hair masque. I mixed it with bentonite clay, olive oil, coconut oil, and water. Left the masque in my hair for 2 hours and my curls came out popping! Hair felt cleansed but hydrated which is a difficult combo to achieve with store bought products. Natural is always the way. Although I did have to follow up with a conditioner because the smell is not pleasant! Also the hair masque application can get quite long and messy but I think the results are worth it. If my hair loves it I love it

Hmmm, what can I say. At the moment I am on a sort of healthier eating trip and am therefore trying out different things that I can add to supplement extra goodies. This powder does smell a bit and I have to admit, that it also does take a bit of getting used to. Lets hope it does me good. As for buying it again, I am not too sure. Shame that those things do not get sold in smaller packets for people to try first.

I have enjoyed using all the spices purchased. Great quality and fast delivery too.
