I am a disabled Master Plumber and l was in need of a bidet because of limited reach in both shoulders. I figured this Sontiy would work the best with my limitations. Bidets can get very expensive. This one cost under $50.00 and is very good quality. I am a Plumber but unable to install because of my condition even though it is very simple to de so I will have my nephew install it with my supervision. The installation was straight forward and there was a slight delay in needing to use it. FInally it was time to use it for the first time and l am thrilled to say that my expectations were better than l ever could have imagined. It took a small amount of toilet paper to finish. Take my advice and don't hesitate to get one of these bidets. You will not regret it. If l still in business l could sell and install many of these. Take it from a Master Plumber and don't hesitate to get one. It feels so good to have a clean bottom!

This thing isn't some plastic junker. It's a highly polished chrome plated piece of art.Even at the poor water pressure in my travel trailer, this thing has plenty of pressure and flow at the nozzle. The form is very ergonomic and the valve is in a functional position. I'm highly impressed.I've already purchased a thermostatic mixing valve which will mix hot and cold water together and supply it to the bidet wand. It will actually regulate the maximum temperature to the wand, to the value you set the dial. Finding the correct fittings to make it compatible with the bidet wand was a bit of a challenge.The only negative I can see with the bidet wand set, is that the hanger they supply, specifically for the hose, is edgy and sharp. I could easily see someone getting cut rather well by running their bare thigh against it. Everything else is so nice that I'll simply keep the good and throw the hose hanger away and find something else to do its job. Not a big deal to me.

This is a wonderful product, really enjoying it.I had to laugh at someone's review, where they said the device kept falling out of the holder. I suspect they were mounting it as in the picture on the left. IF they instead mounted it like in the picture on the right, they would find that the holder is perfect. A little common sense goes a long way!

I have used this sprayer for more than 2 years now, and it is an absolutely perfect product! It was very well designed, and I have found nothing about it I would wish to change. That rarely happens for me! This sprayer is quick to install, sturdy, comfortable in the hand, easy to operate, and does not leak or cause a mess. Great for rinsing the toilet or tub/shower (if it is positioned beside the commode) after cleaning too. When I was looking to purchase a sprayer, I had my husband, who has decades of plumbing experience, make the selection. So glad he chose this one! Honestly, with all of the finish options available for it, there is really no need for any other brands or models to even exist. It has made my list of all-time favorite items!

I ordered three different types. One for each bathroom. This is a good quality product with a horrible design of the holder. Other products are of same quality with much better design of holder. This one falls out of the holder if not placed just right and it can still fall out. So, its it the basement bathroom and the least likely to be used regularly to avoid complete hatred of the holder. I'd return it if I hadn't already threw out the box.

I just recently received my handheld bidet, and sink diverter. Yes, I attached mines to the bathroom sink. Installation took 15 minutes. I used channel locks, and plumbers tape. Washers come with the bidet and the diverter. I always suggest plumbers tape, to insure no leaks. The hardest part of installing was putting the bidet holder together. The screw and the nut are both very small, so, I suggest a pair of needle nose pliers and a screw driver.As far as use. Yes! Life changing. I will never go back to TP. By attaching to my sink I can use warm or cool water. Also, this allows me to run the water out of the hose after use, to relieve the pressure. That way, no leaks, or flooded bathrooms. This bidet is straight, and has a water flow adjuster so you can adjust how strong you want it. A word of caution, unless you want a new orifice, dont go full open. It is strong. Also, turn on the water in the sink first before you hit your undercarriage. Make sure it's not to hot or cold. Then, run it a bit in the commode for a few seconds to make sure your water temp is the way you want (trust me on this ...water that is too hot on the sensitive parts is not fun). Using the handheld bidet, just makes you feel fresher and and makes you cleaner after doing your business. I have a stack of soft cotton wash towels designated for bidet drying only. (yes, you do have to pat dry). BTW, the towels go into a small hamper I have after their one time use. This handheld bidet sprayer, right now, seems pretty sturdy. The only con I can think of is once you switch from TP to a bidet, it becomes like a religion to you. You constantly feel the need to want to share your good news with all of your family and friends. My wife is getting sick of me. The only 2 things I will end with are LIFE CHANGING and, WHAT TOILET PAPER SHORTAGE!!UPDATE 9/22/2021-I’m still using my original Sontiy bidet sprayer since 4/2020. I actually installed a second one in our hallway bathroom last year as well. My son’s curiosity got the best of him several months back, and he tried it. CONVERTED!! he loves it. As far as how both are holding up….no problems at all. I have not had any leaks, or other issues. As I stated in my first review, I installed mines to my bathroom sinks via a diverter valve. I love being able to adjust my water temperature to warm or cool. I have also had a few family members inquire about “that thing” in my bathroom, and I have had 2 family members that were curious invest in the Sontiy bidet as well. HOWEVER…….what I found out was after I purchased my chrome bidet sprayer (chrome was the only option), Sontiy has added other color options. There is even a gold one. That would be my only complaint….lol!!! I didn’t get the gold one.UPDATE 1/8/2022- still going good. I still have the original 2 chrome polished bidets. No leaks. No issues. No problems. Bathroom experience continues to be quick and pleasant, and tush problems (hemorrhoids) have completely resolved.UPDATE: 3/27/2022- my original 2 Sontiy bidets have continued to work flawlessly since my original review almost 2 years ago. I have not experienced the leaks others have complained about. But, I did use plumbers tape for all my connections, and I always turn the valve off from the bidet and empty the remaining water from the sprayer after each use. <<<VERY IMPORTANT. My son recently moved into his own apartment, and the first thing he asked me to order for him is a Sontiy bidet, like the two I have. So, I ordered him the black one, to match his bathroom, along with the sink diverter valve. I instructed him to use plumbers tape for the installation. He said that was the best apartment-warming gift he got. He has had no problems or leaks. AND, his gf’s curiosity got the best of her. She used it once. Now, she has been converted.

This is a step up from the seat mounted bidet I had for many years and I felt I was ready for what I call an "expert user bidet". It was easy to install, looks nice and works well. Since my toilet is right next to the shower, the sprayer is useful to clean the shower or stuff in the shower, like a dog.

Quality is better than expected! Nice heavy brass, everything you need is in box, great presentation! Installation was simple, and the water pressure will blow you off the toilet. A problem I ran into was the toilet would not stop running after installing bidet. When tightening the t-valve under the toilet, if you over tighten, it can turn the fill valve in the toilet bowl (the little tray that fills with water at top of bowl). If that tray gets turned, it can run into the side of the toilet bowl and get stuck, causing your toilet to constantly run. Simply loosen the t-valve, turn the tray, and re-tighten t-valve making sure the tray stays off the wall. Other than that, installation and use was a breeze, highly recommend.

This bidet sprayer is a quality, solidly built item. It feels like it will last for a long time. There are no plastic parts to crack or break. I feel like it is a great buy.

Purchased the Son Tiy handheld bidet out of necessity but it was a great find and glad we came across this great alternative to TP. It is top quality professional grade model like you would find at a plumbing supply store not the Home Depot version. This is great to have because it throughly cleans much better than TP. I read a lot of reviews and quite a few people complained of leaks. I installed this myself and haven’t had one issue. The people that complained must have installed themselves and are inept at basic mechanics. If you doubt yourself have a plumber install it and when you use it turn on the valve at the tank then take aim and turn the water on at the handle. When the task is complete turn the water off at the handle then turn the valve at the tank off. With the main valve at the tank off a and the nozzle pointed in a safe direction, turn the handle valve on to release the pressure then place the handle in the holder until needed again leaving the main valve off and repeat these steps each time used. When it is not in use leave the main valve and handle valve in the off position as a safety precaution. If you notice the nozzle hose move when you turn the sink or tub water on and of then you left the main valve on and what you should do is turn the main valve off at the tank and again point the nozzle in a safe direction and release the water pressure in the hose at the handle. CAUTION , make sure both valves are off after each use to avoid the surprise of your life, but if and when it happens it’s always a good excuse to clean the floor. Some have said you don’t have to shut the main valve off but I do for that extra measure of caution and removes the chance of inadvertently turning on the hand valve which would result in cleaning the floor after cleaning one’s self, but each to his own I guess. Not following these simple rules will result in being the proud owner of the cleanest floor in your neighborhood and possibly your town. PS - this is also fabulous for rinsing your shower after cleaning it while trying to keep your shower as clean as your floor. Mr. Clean beware there’s a new force in town.

I like everything about this bidet. No more stomach problems a big plus. Feel clean and fresh all day 😌 And 100% use. I highly recommend this product l put one in each bathroom

What do you say about a bidet attachment-very pleased with it.

Very easy to install. Just need an adjustable wrench. Very well made, good quality tab, very soft pressure adjusting. No leak and no mess. I've got a chrome one which matches all other bits and pieces in the bathroom. It's worth every penny.

The hose is regular plastic and it’s stiff not flexing!
