I normally wear an extra large. I ordered extra large and it was HUGE!!! I will be sending back the XL - unfortunately I have to pay a restocking fee. I got the large and it fits just right. It is a nice shirt - just make sure you buy 1 size smaller than you normally wear.The measurement on the large from neck seam to shoulder seam is 7 3/4"". The sleeves are 24 1/2". From the neck seam down the back to the tail is 33 1/2". Across the back is 20 1/2".The XL measure is 8 1/4" neck to shoulder. The sleeves are 24 1/2". From the neck down the back to the tail is 34 1/2". Across the back is 22".Hope that helps.

I fell between xl and xxl, so I ordered both. Even after washing both in hot water and normal drying, both were plenty big enough for me in the body (the xl sleeve length shrunk to a point that I would not want it shrink any more-It is still ok though and I have fairly long arms). I would not buy the xxl again as the body is still huge, but the sleeves are just about right to a tad bit long. I can still wear it though and it will work well as sort of a light jacket. If you are between sizes, I would not go up in size. If you have long arms, I'd look for the "Tall" option, but the body (tails) is plenty long enough in the "Regular" for me.Having said this, the quality of the two shirts are consistent and very good. I found them fairly soft out of the package, but softer after the washing and am loving the snaps instead of the buttons. The weight makes them a great second layer for the winter.I like and recommend. I'm gonna buy another, maybe looking for a tall model in xl (otherwise, the xl will do fine as I still have plenty of room in the torso) I just hope it doesn't shrink much more (in case I swell back up during the winter months-again).

The XL was way to large but shrank to fit me perfectly after to washings. I never really wore the shirt except to try it on when new and after 2 washes in warm water (normal cycle) and 2 times in the dryer on the normal cycle. My old Levi shirt from the 70's never lost a button after 5-6 years of wear. I am extremely frustrated by this product and the fact I have to go through a return process with Amazon to get my money back! They should stop peddling this junk!

Really like the quality & fit of this shirt but one of the snaps has broken the first time the shirt was worn. I have read other reviews complaining of faulty snaps so I do not think this is a onetime occurrence. Because of this I would not recommend purchasing this shirt.I usually need to purchase a tall XL. With this shirt the tall size was way too long in the sleeves so I ended up with regular XL.

I am 6', 180lbs, 34W and 32L. The body and arm length of the shirt are fine but the cuffs are enormous. They slip over my hands without opening the poppers. With poppers I can not move the cuff buttons in an inch as the poppers are riveted, not sown.Durability, I do not know. I have only worn the shirt twice.I would not recommend these shirts.

Well made, nice material. I had ordered a "name brand" western snap shirt that was too small and was made of a lighter-weight material I wasn't too crazy about. When I tried to order the next larger size, it was $13-$14 more than the size I was returning. I didn't feel like spending that much $$$ for a so-so shirt.THIS shirt has all the features AND the price I was seeking. I'll buy this brand again!

Update: This product hasn't been on sale for quite sometime. Price dropped $5.00 so I bought it, since price that I paid for past shirt(S) were much less. For the man and cowboy in my life, he wears nothing but snap up long sleeve shirts. I do usually buy it 1 size larger just based on washing and drying. It fits him well. 5 Stars when this shirt is on sale!!!

My husband loves this shirt but after three washings per the instructions,the decoratative part of the snap came off. First one then two more. My husband still wears it because he loves the shirt. I would have bought more but Im disappointed that they didnt hold up in the wash. Is there another shirt with the snap buttons without the decoration on the button?

Same weight of fabric as Wrangler (4 oz?). Great competition.Love the triple stitching. Functional and attractive.As with any cotton garment, I buy slightly oversize and wash hot to shrink to a perfect fit.Great work shirt, perfect for every day wear.

the snap on buttons are shoddy the first time i put the shirt on it was a perfect fit and good quality shirt but the top snap on button came off and i will try to fix it but it gives me little confidence the other snapons wont be the same and seperatewould rebuy but not after this experience
