I didn't even know there was a adapter made to use of cutters. I purchased the one with the coolant option. Very nice product, especially for the price. I loaded a bit up and cut through a 1/2'' piece of bar for a test. Worked great.

I'm not sure about the other reviews but for this one, the socket head set screws were good and the fit and finish of the entire MT3 to 3/4" Weldon adapter was great. Now, I'm using in in the tailstock of a lathe so I can't tell you how much run out there is but everything else is spot on. It has an internal unloading spring that will handle 2" deep cutters and it's strong enough to eject the slug perfectly. Good deal!

Awesome tool for the price, but you will have to immediately replace the set screws. Also, when you load your cutter ensure the centering pin moves freely prior to drilling a hole, or you'll smoke the tip. Would buy again.

Good product

Great addition to my drill press. I riged up an oiling system and a guide rod so that I dont have to hold the oil head from spinning. Now I can drill large holes in metal quickly. A time saver!
