I am out of the brace and in this bra. It “reminds” you to stand up straight and keep your shoulders down if you buy the correct size. In addition, it is not meant to be worn all the time. You need to build your muscles. I wear this during physical therapy to learn the correct posture while learning the exercises. When I do my exercises at home I do not wear it.I ordered my regular bra size and it gives my torso the support it needs.I am still in some pain and probably always will be because of the nature of the injury. Just don't rely on this to take away your problem. The structure of the back of this bra is great, and the straps are wide and adjustable. I think it does support my posture more than my regular Wacoals do.Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The "cups" are constructed like a cheap sports bra -- there is no support, separation, or lift. Don't be fooled bythe model's picture! I ended up with a squished uniboob, and my cups are running over. I have to constantly adjust throughout the day or the girls will make a break for it.I'm not one of those mythical women who are wearing the wrong bra size, I've been measured many times at a reputable lingerie shop (not by the tweens at VS). The cups do not fit true to size, and I'm wearing it on the loosest hook option.
