Great replacement part
Perfect replacement for the plantronics wireless headset! It seemed like an exact match for the one I needed to replace (only in new condition). This model really is so light weight and it is more comfortable to have to wear all day.

Works perfectly
I bought my Plantronics C540 years ago and lost the earpiece for it. This replacement is great! It stays in place and works perfectly. It’s even more comfortable than the original.

Great head band replacement!
The ear cushion wasn’t as comfortable as the replacement cushion I had on the previous headband that this replaced. Easy enough solution as you can easily buy new cushions or reuse old ones if they’re not too worn. The band looks squashed, but it feels as you expect over the head. I say it’s plenty large enough for the average adult male head and adjustable enough for those smaller. I use this headset for work and can easily spend about 30+ hours a week actually on the phone. This has been my go to option since 2008 and I find it the most comfortable of all versus over the ear or in ear options. Heads up as it can get caught up in longer hair, and leave an imprint in shorter hair styles if you wear it to where it touches your scalp. Giving four out of five stars due to cushion and its _feel_ of quality.

Convenient replacement for my wireless headset band and ear cover!
I needed a new ear pad for my headset as mine was flaking. This gave me a new one, plus another headband with the ear pad covering as well! I actually hear better with the new cover on my old head band!

I love this head strap for the Plantronic headset system. The one I purchased didn't come with it and I don't' like using the earpiece. This fits my head well and allows me to talk comfortably all day if I need to be on calls and video calls.

Thin metal but good quality ear piece
The headset itself is a very thin metal and could be prone to metal fatigue more quickly than the OEM versions of the product. But the ear piece is really quite comfortable
