I have suffered with IBS for many years and had been looking for a fibre product that would help with that. Of course the fact the product is marketed as something which keeps you fresh, flawless and ready for action was also a major plus point! This is my experience using Flawless for 3 months now. My daily routine is 3 caps in the morning before breakfast with lots of water and 3 in the evening before dinner. I use the 120 cap bottle so it lasts for nearly a month. Firstly... OMG... I couldn't believe how much it helped my bowel movement... it doesn't hurt at all and I empty quickly and my stools are much softer and pass quickly. I don't even have to use toiler paper these days which is INCREDIBLE! Also I no longer have to worry when it comes to "being ready" and backdoor action is so much more fun and relaxing! It has definitely improved our sex life as my partner says I am much more confident, he actually bought me 12 bottles as he was so impressed!
