Review: Great, safe trimming blades. - I just got this today and have only used it once so far, but it worked well! My dog recently had TPLO surgery and I've been worried about how much he's sliding around when we go out to potty. If he steps off the rug path, he slides, and when we go out on our deck to get down the steps, he slides. I hoped that trimming his paw hair would help so I went with this one and it trimmed great. The first thing I did was test it on my arm to make sure it wasn't too sharp and wouldn't accidentally cut his paw pads. I didn't feel any sharpness or pulling. I ran my finger down the blade while on and off with no issues as well, so then I trimmed his paws. He hated it, but he hates his feet being touched period. It didn't matter if it's a simple grazing touch or nails being clipped, he flips. It was difficult to do because of this, but I felt comfortable knowing he wasn't going to get his feet cut up. We got it done and now he's got a bit of a better grip.

**Q: My clippers came without a charging cord can you help?**
A: You are going to have to do a return as this charging cord is not typical like one used for a phone charger. It has a USB to connect to a power source but the end that goes into the unit is unique to this clipper. I have never had an issue with a return to Amazon.

**Q: Can you use this on cats? How easy would it be to accidently cut thr cat?**
A: I don’t see why you couldn’t use it on cats. I have put this on my hand to be sure it’s safe. It does not hurt or cut me. It is a small trimmer & I use it to trim 4 dogs’ paws. It works well to get fur trimmed between paw pads. The dogs are a 6lb Yorkie, 12lb Dachshund, 25lb mini Goldendoodle, and 50lb Border Collie. I have become the trimmer of the family dog’s paws and this works great for all the different sized dogs. So… as long as you can get the cat to cooperate, this should work for you.

**Q: Is this really low noise? because videos i seen on here seem it isnt. Please someone let me know.. my dog freaks out with high vibration/noise**
A: Honestly, my dog freaked out with our last clippers due to the noise. Every time I'd turn it on, she would twitch. These are a lot better for me due to a lighter noise.  It does have a noise, but not sure they can get around not having one at all. All I can tell you is I am happy with them and the noise level. She doesn't twitch now. Depending on what you're doing I use this to trim her face, ears and paws.

Fantastic product, gets the job done quickly. Love that it is rechargeable and definitely low noise, it didn't scare my Lab at all. The blades it comes with are both perfect size, one for more detailed work and the other is very efficient. These clippers are impressive for the size. I gave four stars because they don’t have the plastic guard to prevent razor burn. Not sure if they even make them for these clippers. Battery lasted for me to work on my two dogs no problem. The clippers have different “speeds” which change the noise level and clean up was easy. These clippers remind me of an electric toothbrush and are just slim. I wish I had bought these sooner.
