Can these be cut down if say im an 8.5 so order the 9 and trim the toe end slightly??

Yes they can be cut down easily. But I wouldn't cut more than a half size off as the Arch would be in thr wrong place..

An 8 would be best. I wear a 9 insole in 9.5 footwear
