Organic Mushroom Creamer Powder - Lions Mane, MCT, 8.04 oz

This is an amazing product. I had to get a non-dairy creamer for when I was traveling and stumbled upon this. I have been hooked ever since. Now I need it for my daily cup of coffee. I do use half & half but I find that my coffee is more creamy and delicious when I add a tablespoon of this. It mixes very well into my coffee. I have never used it in a tea or a smoothie but I am sure it would be great addition for anyone who likes a little creamy with their drinks. I highly recommend this product, check out what else they have to offer. I have purchased their Lions Mane, Chaga and Turkey Tail all of which are beneficial for the brain, body, immune system. So, if anyone reading this already knows, powdered vegan creamer never blends with just a spoon. At least the powdered products I have tried have not. It just stays clumpy. That being said, I recommend that you purchase a mini to-go blender (12-16 oz) &/or a battery-operated hand blender. Elevate is now my primary to-go creamer. My non-vegan/GF husband loves it. I have such severe food allergies & chronic illnesses, that this one is a necessity for me. My husband has deemed my to-go bag with this & other "V/GF dry goods" in my butter bag. This & the tiny battery-operated blender are always in my car. I make our coffees with a spoonful or two of this, some DIY pumpkin pie spice blend, some V/GF dark chocolate sauce, & a blob of the squeezy bag of coconut oil in & blend away at the table. If we are picnicking in the car or at a park, I just use the 12 oz rechargeable blender I have. My husband has declined dairy creamers, saying, "No thanks, she will make my coffee for me." lol. Due to the price, it usually is just for on-the-go (as I am disabled & low-income), as we'd probably rip through that bag in a week's time. I would really recommend this one, in place of another brand I tried with adaptogens, cocao, & cinnamon - that one tasted soapy all the time. This has not disappointed us in the past year or so that we discovered it. If you can get the powdery & yes, sometimes clumpy, mix to blend - it is so smooth & creamy. I'd much rather be squishing the bag to remove clumps & breaking out my mini hand blender at a restaurant table than have nasty additives & preservatives in.

Love the ingredients. Creamy and eliminates my need to add milk and sugar to my coffee. Very good flavor BUT you need a very heaping tablespoon to taste it.

Such a great creamer. Some others are too coconut forward. I like to travel with this because not everywhere there's coffee is there dairy free creamer. A must to travel with. Great value. Dissolves well. No smell. Love the health benefits of the ingredients.

It tasted good, but it did not incorporate well into a drink, even when blended. It all rose to the top and got stuck on the sides of the cup. I don’t know how much I actually got into my drink. Might be good to put into a yogurt or something else like that.

Love the fact that such a product does exist, but the company needs to go back to the drawing board to make improvements. It mixes up pretty well with a small whisk, but definitely has a weird taste and aftertaste. I wanted this powdered product because I will be traveling to another country that does not have good dairy free options. Guess it will be black coffee for me. The abovementioned product, tasting weird and costing $25 for 8 ounces, makes it $50 a pound. For coffee creamer. No thanks. If any of you coffee-drinking vegans has a powdered product you like, please post it. Oh, and after you've paid $50 per pound for this, if you don't like it, you're out of luck because it is non-returnable.

This is exactly the type of product that I was looking for. I've been wanting to incorporate lion's mane into my diet, and I was also thinking about adding coconut oil to my coffee so that I could get MCT mixed into it. I love that I can get both at once, without adding another supplement to my routine, and can replace my dairy creamer. I use more than the recommended serving, so it does add a coconut flavor to my coffee, but it tastes fantastic to me.

I wish I had confirmed the weight and volume of this product before I started using it. I used it for 30 days and for over half that time I was using a teaspoon portion not a tablespoon. The packaging size suggests a larger volume of product than is actually present. It would be more cost effective to take a lion mane supplement and a creamer with just MCT. Overall felt ripped off.
