Absolutely love this bread machine โ exceeded all expectations
I bought this bread machine because I truly love homemade bread and wanted something reliable, well-made, and easy to use. This machine has completely exceeded my expectations. Right out of the box, I was impressed by the thoughtful supplies included โ everything feels intentional and genuinely useful, not like filler. The cookbook is robust and expansive, especially for a machine cookbook. There are so many options, and the instructions are clear and simple, even if youโre new to bread machines. The machine itself is very easy to use, with intuitive settings and consistent results. Iโve already made bread that turned out beautifully, with great texture and flavor. What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. I received a detailed email from KitchenArm with quick tips, first-time-use advice, and helpful guidance I didnโt even realize I needed. They also informed me of the 2-year warranty, which I hadnโt known about โ that level of transparency and care really inspired confidence. I wanted a nice bread machine, but this one truly takes the cake. If you love homemade bread and want a machine thatโs well-designed, well-supported, and a joy to use, I canโt recommend this enough. Iโm genuinely thrilled with this purchase.

Wonderful bread maker! Even the packaging exceeded expectations!
Wow! Everything about this bread maker is impressive! From the extremely careful and protective packaging, the generous inclusion of accessories and extra dough paddle to the success of baking my first loaf of bread in this machine. It exceeded all my expectations! The User Manual is well written, easy to follow and made it a breeze to bake a perfect loaf of bread on the very first try! Also included is a separate 67-page book with dozens of delicious-looking bread recipes and more! This bread maker replaced a decades old bread machine that I bought when these small appliances first came out. This beautiful bread maker is definitely an upgrade! I totally recommend the KITCHENARM 29-in-1 SMART Bread Machine to anyone wanting to add a bread maker to their pantry or upgrade from a vintage model like I did. The fresh-baked bread aroma that fills your kitchen is an added perk with each loaf you make!

The BEST Bread Machine Currently Available: Here Is Why
I have now been using the Kitchenarm 29-IN-1 Machine for two months, making bread products almost on a daily basis. The machine makes excellent looking and tasting bread. The customer support is outstanding, maybe the best I have ever encountered with a consumer product. Cleaning has been easy after soaking the inner basket in hot water for an hour to loosen bread residue around the bottom of the spindle. I researched bread makers for many days before purchase, spending at least 12 or more hours. Since I knew I would be making a lot of bread, I concluded it was worth my time investigating. I read every review I could find online and all the comments via Amazon feedback for the top machines. Initially I thought it would be an easy choice since most reviews favored the Zojirushi as the top company with some disagreement as to model. I had no hesitation with the Zojirushi's price because the machine would be getting a lot of use and I needed to make no-salt bread products unavailable in supermarkets. Although its double paddle was a big plus, I quickly discovered a problem with the aluminum paddles used in Zojirushi machines. The aluminum slowly degrades into the bread due to excess play with the turning spindle. Also, many Zojirushi parts are not available for purchase, forcing users to buy new machines. There were also different issues with the Breville, Panasonic and KBS machines, although all make excellent bread. Eventually, I discovered the Kitchenarm due to its high ratings on Amazon. Why had I not picked up on this company in the internet reviews? On going back I saw that it was tested, but failed to make the final cut due to "inconsistent outcomes" or "difficulty in cleaning." Yet, on Amazon these reasons were not listed in the Kitchenarm reviews. My own use has proven that the Kitchenarm bread is consistently baked to perfection and that the machine is easy to clean as long as the rising dough does not overflow the basket. One issue I researched for a long time is that of Teflon type coatings and alternatives. Almost all bread machine manufacturers use Teflon type products, for good reason. Ceramic coatings will degrade fairly quickly over time. A stainless steel inner basket machine is made by only one European company, but the bread does not easily remove from the basket, even after cooling, as shown by the company's own video. Teflon type coatings are perfectly safe assuming they remain unscratched and are used below 500 degrees F. Bread machines operate well below this temperature, and the Kitchenarm turns out to have one of the lowest baking temperatures in comparison to other companies. When first operating a bread machine it is easy to make a mistake and scratch the paddle or the inner basket. It is important to be able to replace them via good customer service. The Kitchenarm machine includes an excellent detailed manual with numerous tips for correct operation. Also included is a 64 page recipe book. After reading the manual I made my first loaf, "Outback Steakhouse Bread" and it came out perfectly. One mistake I made later on was in using the supplied metal tool to remove the paddle from the bread. The tool scratched the paddle. Instead, I now use a small plastic hook. Another mistake was adding too much yeast to a 2 pound loaf. The bread overflowed the basket and created a mess. If you stick to 1.5 lb loaves this will not be a problem. I was pleasantly surprised by the unusually professional and personal assistance provided by the customer service rep, Mr. Tony A Simpson. He just couldn't do enough to help me and make suggestions! When I scratched the paddle he immediately shipped out two replacements with extra measuring spoons. Based on Amazon reviews I am delighted that this assistance is provided for years after purchase. If you need replacement parts, they can be purchased cheaply via Kitchenarm's website. Here are a few tips based upon my own use: 1. After removal of the loaf from the basket, use a specialized bread knife on a wooden cutting board. Be very careful not to cut into the paddle which may remain in the loaf! One must get into the habit of first removing the paddle with a plastic or rubber hook immediately after sliding the loaf out! I have found that the paddle remains in the loaf only about 25% of the time depending on the recipe. 2. The easiest way to get recipes is via Perplexity.ai or Chat GPT. If you ask the AI engine "What is the best no-salt recipe for whole wheat pretzels using a bread machine?" you will obtain the very best reviewed recipe on the internet! I have made everything from simple French bread to Corn Bread Rye using Perplexity, which is a free AI question/answer engine on the internet. My favorite bread product turns out to be no-salt Coney Island style Pretzels. For this I make the dough in the Kitchenarm, dip the dough in a hot Baking soda bath, and complete in an oven. 3. Everything I make is no-salt. Just replace the salt in any recipe with a no-salt product like Mrs. Dash or Costco's Organic No Salt Seasoning. If you just leave the salt out, you will also be fine. 4. If you want to add raisins or nuts, open the machine top and throw them in after about 45 minutes regardless of recipe. 5. I have made many recipes by putting the machine on the dough setting and finishing off the bread in my oven. However, using the "Dark Crust" setting on the Kitchenarm yields a crusty loaf that is just as good, and a lot more convenient! Again, huge thanks to Tony A Simpson, who personifies the saying, "The Customer Is Always Right."

Fresh Bread Made Simple and Stress-Free
Thereโs something incredibly satisfying about baking fresh bread at home, and this bread machine makes the entire process effortless. The 29-in-1 smart settings offer impressive versatility, whether youโre making classic white bread, whole wheat, or using the dedicated gluten-free option. I especially appreciate the multiple loaf size selections (1LB, 1.5LB, and 2LB), which make it easy to adjust for small households or larger gatherings. The controls are intuitive, the instructions are clear, and the included recipes help you get started right away. The homemade cycle is a standout feature, allowing more customization for those who like to tweak timing and texture. It runs quietly, bakes evenly, and produces a beautifully textured loaf with a consistent crust. The stainless steel design looks sleek on the counter without feeling bulky. I was also genuinely impressed with the customer service โ shortly after placing my order, the company reached out to let me know I could contact them if I needed anything. That level of proactive support is rare and very appreciated. Overall, itโs a reliable, user-friendly bread maker that delivers delicious results and outstanding service.

Machine is easy to use and works pretty well.
Machine is easy to use and works pretty well. I don't prefer the recipes and haven't found a better resource to use yet than the recipe book that comes with it. The bread isn't bad, it's always always grainy though, not at all soft or chewy like what I think of fresh baked bread or what you get at the store. I like the measuring scoops.

Nice Machine With Ample Functions
I bought this to replace a 20 year old machine that finally died and is no longer available. I was hesitant upon opening the machine since the basket is narrower and taller than my prior machine, but it baked a beautiful loaf of wheat bread. This was my first time baking wheat, and the preset worked wonderfully and produced a great loaf. I did have to scrape the sides with a silicone spatula to ensure all the flour was mixed but I may have been a bit overzealous with my first time using the machine. Bread rose nicely and tastes fantastic. I did find removing the basket to be somewhat difficult after baking given the tight space and hot surfaces, but assume Iโll get the hang of it. Really love the plethora of functions and canโt wait to try them.

Tasty bread and very clear instructions
Update: I have had this for some time now. I bake a loaf almost every day, sometimes two. I have baked: basic white, whole wheat, oat, whole wheat oat, cinnamon raisin (crowd favorite!), gluten free, potato, brown rice, and multi-grain (which my 4 yo grandson loves and that took me by surprise). I use primarily bread flour instead of all-purpose as well as Bob's Red Mill for the multi-grain, potato starch, 1:1 xanthan gum, although I do have that separately, brown rice flour and almond flour. I use King Arthur for the bread flour - Sam's has 10# bags very cheap and I go through it relatively quickly. Unless it's a speciality bread like the cranberry orange, I am always baking 2# loaves. This machine is an absolute must for any kitchen. I am purchasing another one to keep at our summer campground house trailer. My daughter and her bf loved the breads I made so much, they bought one. Their favorite, so far, to make is the milk bread. If you are currently shopping around for a bread maker, stop here. $100 machine, works wonderfully, clear and concise recipes, spare paddle, option to program your own recipes and great customer support. ๐ 5 stars is not enough ๐ Make sure you have a proper bread knife and bread bags to keep your yummy baked creation fresh! Click "Add To Cart" - why are you still reading this? Scroll up and click. Go on. I have never owned a bread maker. My health is not what it used to be, yay for getting older, so I wanted to start making my own bread. I read through the manual first before attempting the first recipe. If you are like me and have never used a bread machine before, please read the manual first. It really is chock full of useful information. As per the manufacturer suggests, my first loaf was the simple white bread, 1.5# loaf with a light crust. I measured by weight on a small scale I bought at Wal-Mart years ago for $10 or something like that. I used vegetable oil instead of butter and all purpose flour. I only could find active dry yeast, of which the recipe tells you how to adjust the amount of yeast needed. The loaf came out of the pan super easy and the paddle stayed anchored in the pan. It was flavorful with a soft core but just enough of a crisp on the crust. I let it cool for roughly 2 hours prior to slicing. It was still slightly warm. I spread a little bit of honey butter on the first slice. So very good! And the bonus of the house smelling of freshly baked bread was lovely! I found the machine to be relatively quiet considering the job it was performing. And while it was kneading the bread, the machine did not "walk" on my countertop at all. I cannot wait to dive into the many other bread recipes they included. I definitely am excited to try the cranberry orange bread! Once I have a good handle on the breads, I am interested in making my own jams and pasta dough. Definitely money well spent for long term usage! For roughly $100, how much we can save each year in bread if I bake a loaf every other day - we love bread and pasta, complete carb hounds!, than continue to buy bread in-store is well worth the investment in this bread maker. Other brands are 3 times the cost and often don't have near as many options. I hope that it continues to bake delicious breads in the years to come! Scrumdiddlyumptious indeed!

Great machine
I received my Kitchenarm breadmaker in 2 days. It was very well packed and was in perfect condition. It comes with a User Manuel, bread recipes cookbook, 3 measuring cups, measuring spoons, a spatula and an extra bread paddle. The machine is attractive & fits on your counter perfectly. It also matches my stainless steel appliances. I have made two loaves of the basic soft white bread and both turned out perfectly. I am gluten sensitive but seem able to eat homemade bread without issues. Perhaps it is because there are no additives in your own bread. I look forward to making the sour dough starter and then experimenting with some sour dough breads. This machine is quiet, efficient and makes delicious homemade bread. I would highly recommend you purchase one and see for yourself how easy it is to make your own bread.

Great product and outstanding customer service.
We are loving the bread and all the spares that ship with the product it is very easy to use and the results are fantastic. Instructions and menus are simple to follow whilst detailed and full of tips. My machine arrived with a fault on the lid so I contacted their customer services on a Sunday and they responded on a Sunday too. They were extremely apologetic and they simply dispatched another machine and told me to keep the old one for spares! Moreover it was only the lid that was a problem and that is detachable so I asked if I could by a new lid to make the original one workable. They sent that to me free of charge too! Two great machine for the price of one and my niece is very happy with her housewarming present. Thank you so much Tony Simpson!

An excellent Bread Machine that hits all the bases at an affordable price
My previous attempts to make bread at home involved frozen bread dough or actually starting from scratch; neither approach yielded anything edible, or even recognizable. But this machine absolutely hits it out of the park. The bread is soft, fluffy, and wonderfully tasty; there's nothing like the taste and aroma of freshly baked bread, and the machine is worth purchasing for that reason alone. But it does a lot more than make your standard white bread; in fact, you can crank out 28 pre-programmed recipes, plus a 29th you-program-it cycle to give you the ultimate in creativity. There are beep alerts to advise you when to add additional elements like nuts or gummy bears (if desired) as well as when to remove the mixing paddle (if desired). In addition to making bread, the machine does a wonderful job making up things like pizza dough, which you then bake in a conventional oven. It will also make such unlikely items as jam and yogurt. I found that adjusting the temperature of the starting water made quite a difference in the degree that the bread rose; I had my best results using room temperature water, but you can get more rise out of your bread by starting with water around 90 - 100 degrees F. Cleanup is wonderfully easy, with the bread literally falling out of the bread pan. A quick wipe with a damp cloth is all that is required to keep the bread pan, and the rest of the machine, looking brand new. And a quick shout out to the seller. I buy a lot of stuff through Amazon, and this is literally the first time I've received an email from the seller, thanking me for my purchase and advising me that I had both a 30 day return policy and a 2 year warranty. I get the impression that the seller is an enthusiastic user of the product; it shows up everywhere, including the manual and the recipe book. Some bread machines offer to sell you a generic bread machine recipe book for big bucks; but this manufacturer has written a recipe book expressly for this model, and included it for free in the purchase price. They obviously care a lot about your user experience. Loading the machine takes less than 5 minutes, and is very straightforward. Start with water, add the oil, sugar and salt, add the flour (I bought flour intended specifically for making bread, and it's worked out great) and finish with the yeast. Place the baking pan in the breadmaker, give it a twist to lock it in place, and close the lid. The machine remembers your settings, even with the power plug pulled; so if you're using program 1 (for basic white bread) and have selected a 2 pound loaf with a dark crust, it'll remember that for next time. Hit start, and come back in about 3 and a half hours. The machine will beep when it's done, but honestly, you'll know from the aroma when the time is up. Your kitchen will smell like a custom bake shop. In closing... yeah. Buy this machine. It does pretty much everything a bread machine could be called upon to do, and several things that you'd never expect from a bread machine. It does all of this for hundreds of dollars less than the competition. It's well made, well thought out, and wonderfully engineered. You can't do better. So get one... and welcome to the aromatic, healthy world of home baked bread!

Very good detailed easy to read instructions and recipes.
What can I say but brilliant bread maker. Yes I have had 2 in the past, both different manufacturers, but this is fantastic coupled with the brilliant booklets on how to set up and recipes. Have read the very easy to read steps and recipes, (well done for those), and made the basics white and also the Sour Dough recipe. Delicious, fresh, chemical and additive free. Buy it now if you are looking to start making your own bread or looking fur a better model.

Great Bread Maker
I bought this bread maker because I have found that buying nice bread at a bakery has gotten too expensive. So even though I know nothing about making bread, I figured I could buy this machine, make my own bread, and save money over time. My bread maker arrived last week, and since trying it out, I have to say it's an awesome machine. It was easy to set up. I made my first bread overnight and woke up the next morning to the amazing smell of fresh bread and enjoyed my homemade bread at breakfast. Since then, I have also used it to make pizza dough so I can make homemade pizza. This bread maker comes with easy to follow insturctions and plenty of recipes. Overall, I am very happy with this bread maker and I recommend it if you would like to make your own bread at home.
