I have no issues with sound or ringing tone. It was very easy to set up and enter phone numbers. But maximum volume of the set in conversation and on speaker could be a bit louder. I was happy I could turn the answer phone off completely .Dont need it.Overall attractive phones lots of clever features ..but you can keep it simple as well.
