Not of so good quality if you compare it with Price. Bicycle Tube you will find much better than this and have much resistance than these one

Durable, but may not have enough resistance/
They seem durable, but not sure if the "resistance" is enough, even with the band labelled "heavy". Might have to use two at a time to make certain exercises difficult

Not stretchable at all. Too hard on skin
The resistance band is supposed to be stretchy. This band is not at all stretchable and will dig into your skin making the whole world a painful experience. Complete waste of money. Not able to use it at all.
