Great scratcher and toy but look for desiccant bag
Our cat loves this. She started scratching on it right away and playing. But please make sure you check for a small dessicant pad or bag. It's not catnip and is poison if eaten. A note to the maker please put a warning on the package, because it could be mistaken for a catnip bag or not noticed until it's too late. But it's very well made and the balls don't just pull out, which is great.

Great but needs improvement
The media could not be loaded. Me and my kitties love it. But my kitties started biting it and it easily started ripping. The top part is a very thin cardboard. Then you add my 21 month old granddaughter and it’s not holding up. Maybe a thinner piece of wood would help for the top.

Just what I was looking for!!
The media could not be loaded. This product is great! Keeps my kittens entertained all day. I had to introduce them to the toy at first, kind of show them how it's done. But once I did that they were all over it. One time the kittens sort of fought over who gets to play, lol. Overall this is a wonderful product that has no problems so far.

Cats love it
The cats love this. I rubbed a little cat nip on top to get there attention initially. It is maybe a little expensive for the materials, but it was not misrepresented, and I knew what I was paying for. It had only 2 balls, so I added a couple I had around the house. It gets a lot of use as a scratcher and as a toy. They will eventually tear it up, I'm sure. I will buy a replacement when they do because they really like it and it's holding up well so far,

My cats were very interesting in it, but it was not quite as durable as I would have hoped.
My cats were quite excited to have a new scratching pad in the apartment, however, it seems the scratching pad is the only sturdy part of this product.It didn't take long before the two loveable gremlins tore apart the faux wood and got to the toys inside.The scratching pad itself is good though!

outdoor kitten loves it!!!!!
Bought this for an outdoor kitten that lost his sibling. Just got it this evening and the kitten has been playing with it for hours. He figured it out all by his itty bitty self. We think this all grey kitten is a keeper and will be taking it to a vet and bringing him inside.

It's worth every dollar
The media could not be loaded. It was already assemble I bought it as a gift for my daughter's cat and this is the video showing how much her 2 year old female cat loving the pad but she mostly goes for the balls trying to take them out lol and her cat is very picky about her toys so if you have a cat that is picky then this is the product for you

A mi gata desde el primer día le encantó paso horas jugando con el, después como todo se aburrió lo dejo pero aún así regresa lo rasca y juega un poco se va etc,Si lo recomiendo ya que si los entretiene un buen rato.
