This and MSG are what's missing from your home-made egg fried rice
I've just written this after eating the best batch of homemade egg fried rice I've ever done. For years I've been trying to make egg fried rice at home as I absolutely love it and this flavouring is what I have been missing! Combined with MSG and peanut oil and a tiny bit of sesemee oil, small amount of very finely chopped garlic and challots and some soy sauce and this is now very tasty egg fried rice. I used instant pot to cook my rice with 50% rice, 50% water, cook high pressure for 3 mins then natural release for 10 mins (having washed the rice thoroughly) and then let it cool for 3 hours before cooking the fired rice with it. This makes absolutely fantastic egg fried rice and I had to share it with you. Experiment with the amount to use but I used my gut and it came out great.

Expensive for what it is
Not worth the price for the taste I think

Must have spice
We love this fried rice spice - honestly game changing on rice when used with a little bit of mayonnaise. Now a loved staple in our kitchen.

Tastes great in completely random dishes
I bought this to put on my fried rice but then I never made fried rice. So I had this seasoning hanging out and discovered that this tastes great on a huge variety of things. Ramen, french fries, seasoning in quesadillas. I put it in my rose sauce last night and it came out amazing!

Versatile Product
Make fried rice using this Badia “fried rice” seasoning with a few sprinkles of McCormick “everything’s gonna be all rice” seasoning. The Badia fried rice seasoning is versatile- we use it on grilled chicken as well as steak and seafood…even in scrambled eggs. Adds umami in dips and sauces as well.
