Well I finally did it. I made the purchase and can now officially call myself a producer. A lot of people don't know this but these are the only thing you really need to qualify for the title. They sound proof the room so you literally can't hear anything. It's scary because at first you're all "Oh no! I've gone deaf in the ears!" But then you hear yourself say that and realize these things are doing what they were engineered by NASA to do.All BS aside, they do their job of sound TREATING the room. What once was a very "wet" room now has it's unwieldy natural reverb under control for a better recording environment. Fits my color scheme well enough, but I wish there was a darker green available.

The packaging that this came in scared me a little, but once I got it opened, I was very satisfied with the product. I'll try to post pictures of my setup asap. This came packaged in a garbage bag (clean), smashed down to about 1/4 it's normal size, and stuffed inside a USPS fibrous envelope (those ones that don't tear very easily). So when I saw the package on my doorstep, I had no idea what it actually was (thought it was something unexpected), but when I opened the envelope, I figured out what it was. Once I tore into the garbage bag, and air started to get into the foam, they plumped right up to their proper size. I installed these temporarily with thumb tacks, but I will eventually permanently install these with adhesive of some sort. The room I bought these for is very large, so there's no MAJOR difference in acoustic reverb at this time, but a couple more of these kits, and I know I'll be able to tell a big difference. They look awesome, and way more professional than Egg Crate foam, and the color adds a little flash to the setup. The green is a little brighter than what's pictured, but not neon or anything like that. Again, I'll try to post pics of my setup installed asap, so you get an idea of the color, and size. Good price for a great product!

I was surprised to see the package this foam came in, it was a very small square package, but once you open it, the foam expands. Also the green is more of a kelly green than the green pictured, but that's not bad. I haven't been able to install this yet so I'm not sure how well it works, but it's a great price and the shipping was extremely fast! I'll be ordering more soon because the room I'll be recording in is pretty big and I'll need it to be as soundproof as possible. Great product, I really recommend it!

I got these to test out in my gaming room, because the small room has a lot of echo. I don't have enough to make a huge difference, but talking facing the foam cuts the echo way down. I was satisfied with the color, and the squares were fairly accurate for size. I just slightly stretched or compressed pieces while putting the up with spray adhesive to keep them the same size. Great product, I will be getting more.NOTICE - This is acoustic foam. It is designed to reduce echo and reverb, NOT soundproofing.

Look great, easy to install, and make a HUGE difference in sound quality. Have them installed in a vocal box and they work great. If you've got a larger area you might want to get a couple sets, but for a vocal box it's perfect.

These foam squares help create a unique pattern for your recording setup. They're low profile enough that they're not tacky looking and don't stick out from the wall multiple inches. Do note they don't come with any mounting hardware so all I used were small squares of double sided tape in each corner of each pad and they've stayed on my wall for years.

Was rather skeptical at first of how well these would work. Attached them to the wall behind the TV and you can no longer hear the thing in the next room over. Works great and have bought some more.
