Rain Bird JTVASF100 Jar Top Anti-Siphon Valve with Flow Control, 1" Threaded Female x Female (Discontinued by Manufacturer replaced with model # DASASVF100)

I put in 12 of these on my land in 2008. They began to fail/leak and getting replacement parts is not an option. Buying these for parts at this price point was a no brainer. I bought 10 of these new valves and used then for parts. Better get them now if you need this model because once they are gone- they are gone.

worked for replacing my valves that are the previous type, used the top parts and kept the original valve in place.

This item is very hard to find.. Very glad I was able to find a here. Most suppliers are out as well. Not a bad price. Our local hardware store here usually will carry this item but recent slowing in shipments means none on hand.

The major flaw is the bleed knob. It has a slot for a screw driver but it will break in half if you use is with one. This happened to two in a row for me. So painful.If you have problems with it shutting off make sure the solenoid is tightened down. Learned this after much effort.

Nice older Rainbird item.....will use for parts.
