There is nothing that I don’t dislike about this product - I first started taking Nutrafol and using Rogaine because my hair was coming out due to dyeing my hair. Although, these products worked and stopped the overly shedding process - I decided to search for a cheaper product that would continue to make my hair grow. In just a few weeks of using Superior Strength, Hair Skin & Nails, I’ve seen my hair continue to grow! This product offers more vitamins than Nutrafol. In addition, Hair Skin & Nails has the same ingredients to promote healthy hair. The pills are much smaller and easier to swallow. Nutrafol started me on the right path - now I will continue to use Superior Strength Hair Skin and Nails for continuous healthy hair growth! My nails are coming along nicely too and so is my skin. I highly recommend this product.

The capsules arrived on time and were well-packaged. They’re easy to swallow and the instructions are simple. Haven’t noticed results yet, but excited to see improvements in hair, skin, and nails over time.and I’ll update the review once i used them longer.

My hair has most certainly gotten thicker taking these. My hair keeps thinning without it because of medications I am on. It also has my daily dose of Vitamin D in it so that saves me money on another pill and it is one less to take. I have seen some people complain about there being less in the bottle and it comes with like a quarter or a third of the bottle full. Low and behold mine was like this. Instead of panicking I went and counted them. It was exactly how many that was supposed to be in the bottle. Either it settles or it just does not fill up. I can tell you rest assured that all the pills are there. Nothing is missing as several revues insinuate. You can safely order this and there is nothing to worry about. This is just a matter of how it was packaged. I am very happy with my purchase and I will buy this brand from now on. I am so glad I took the chance.

I’ve been taking Nature’s Truth Biotin 5000 mcg for a few weeks, and I’ve definitely noticed a difference. My nails feel stronger and my hair seems to be shedding less. The softgels are easy to swallow and have no weird aftertaste. I also appreciate that it’s non-GMO and gluten-free. So far, I’m happy with the results.

My nails feel stronger after 3 weeks of use. I don't notice any difference in my skin. I think it will take more time to strengthen my hair. But I'm posting the photo because the bottle is way bigger than needed since the pills are super small. Just to confirm what others have stated, I did count them and the proper number of pills were inside. It's just that the bottle is deceptive because it's only about 1/3 full unlike what is advertised. I only gave it 3 stars because the labels are deceptive as others mentioned. The formula is not consistent. If you zoom in on their photos, for example, on 1 pic is says 1000IU but on another pic you can see off to the left side, the same Vita D line shows 2000IU.

I see less hair fall within week .....hope helps in growth as well
