It is PERFECT!
I’m so in love with this product I brought another one in medium (original order was in large). The large fit beautifully but as I lose weight I do not want to be without this sleeve. This is a well made, quality product and it comes with an extra bladder and mouth pieces! Super easy to use and so lightweight on my arm even when full, I forget it’s there. To top it off the customer service is TOP NOTCH! I reached out with a question and received a response from the CEO the same day. He truly backs his product and cares about consumer happiness with his product. This is a must buy! I paid for both products out of my own pockets so my views are mine.

Small vs Medium Review
I want to start of by saying, that this thing is phenomenal. That is one of those products, that will make it`s way to the top. I came across Hydrosleeve, when I was looking for a small, plastic, refillable water bottle, that I could throw inside my purse for hot days. I noticed, that a regular size water is too much of a water, but too heavy to carry, if I go for a single walk or run. The Hydrosleeve with the capacity of 7.5 oz is about half size, which is just perfect, and the hands free solution sold me on this product right away. The shade of blue on it, is aqua (exactly matching aqua FlipBelt), if anyone wondered. My arm width is exactly 10.5 inch, I noticed inconsistency with sizing, none size fits me. Following other reviewers advises (thank you anyhow) to size up, I ordered medium. The product box states: Strap length small fits 7.5 - 11 inch, medium 10 - 15, L 14 - 21. An extra sticker on my box says medium 11 - 15.5.The medium strap was an inch too long for me to properly fasten it, and at the minimum 2 inches too long to tight it to my liking. I went for a jog with it and I had to hold my arm in the upper position to minimize the feeling of my Hydrosleeve sliding. I contacted the Hydrosleeve customer service and the founder, Justin Lynch, was courteous to send me a replacement in small, free of charge. I measured the band lengths and between the two sizes there is roughly 5 inches difference (!!).The small size, on the other hand, is about an inch too short for me to properly close it, and is lacking at least two inches to being comfortable. I`m going to use both of the sleeves alternately, depending If I will feel like I prefer a too loose or a too tight fit that day. I`m also considering tailoring the medium one. That all being said, if I had to choose one, I personally would prefer a small size. Besides that minor infraction, this product does not contain any other cons.Pros:- Very high quality materials and flawless design,- Sipping mechanism is genius, it`s easy to drink while in motion and it does not split,- You actually can put your keys inside the pocket, you may first put it in it`s own sleeve for protecting the pouch; other solution is getting the FlipBelt, I find those two products greatly compliment each other,- The band is very comfortable and it generally does not slide, if you are lucky to match with the right size,- It`s not heavy, you almost don`t feel it,- It`s easy to refill, once you figure it out,- You look like a professional jogger with it,- Packaging is very modern and pretty, suitable for gifting.Suggestions:- Adding a XS size and adjusting the others,- Like others suggested, more colors, I would love to buy an aqua or lime neon green,- I don`t suggest adding any pockets or extras to it, the product is simply perfect as it is.I as well got a handwritten note from the Founder, I find it very thoughtful, thus I decided to help with my feedback.* I would like to update after 10 weeks of consistently using this product. I`m wearing size S, however I like to ask someone to close it for me, as it`s easier to do with two free hands. When I`m by myself, I struggle to close it each time, the band did not stretch even a little (that is a good thing, but I hoped it would). Because of a very tight fit, my arm swells, itches, and I can`t wait to get home and take it off. I find size M too loose. This is still the best water pouch invented, I hope for some improvements with the arm band.

Great for Short-term/Durability Issues
I love(d) using my Hydrosleeve for running outside and on the treadmill. I bought this in July 2020 and it has worked very well, until this month (March 2021). Based on the cost of this product, I expected more in terms of durability and longevity (since it's used for working out and frequent use). The armband has become overstretched, hence the chaffing on my arm from the velcro, because the band is now too thin to meet the velcro evenly. Upon unzipping, to add water, one side of the zipper portion separated from the plastic that is used for grip in order to unzip the pouch. Now, I cannot unzip the water pouch to add water. I'm very disappointed, especially, since my 30 days to return the product are beyond up. I really enjoyed this product, until now, otherwise, I'd highly recommend.

Great product for runners!!
I purchased this product in June 2019. I was a little skeptical that it would work well but it has been great!! It holds about 7 ounces of water. On longer runs (5-9 miles), I have to be mindful of leaving some more towards the end, I usually try to only take 1 sip per mile and usually run out before the end if it is 7-9 miles. For a 3-4 mile run, its perfect so I drink a few sips per mile. I have used it on several official races and its awesome, for those I put Gatorade and drink water at the water stations (although this was pre-Covid).The zip style enclosure is very secure. And after you zip, you fold it over and velcro it so there is NO WAY it could leak from that part. The only time I ever had an issue was when I tried adjusting the mouthpiece while running and accidentally knocked it off. Then the water poured out. Lol But that was 100% my fault. After 18 months of use, part of the zip enclosure started to pull away from the plastic. This doesn't cause it to leak or anything, but is annoying as it makes it difficult to open to clean it after I run. I contacted the company through their website and received an email response within a few hours (from the founder/CEO). After providing my address, they are sending out new bladders for me! I'm very impressed with the customer service.Long story short, great product and worth every penny!

Great for short runs; serious chafing over longer distances
For shorter runs (5-10k), this is perfect: lightweight, snug without being too tight, and holds just enough water to take a sip when needed. The strap itself has a soft, smooth edging, but the area where the strap loops through is left with a rough (and ultimately sharp!) edge. The rough edge ended up scraping the skin off my arm during a recent half-marathon. Hopefully future iterations of the product will address this issue.
