I been taking them for a few months now. I really like this capsules for my Vitamin C. When I take it regularly I see a change on my skin. It starts feeling tighter around my neck area and my face becomes more firm as well. It actually does work to bring back some of your Collagen back. Mostly Good Product
So far, so good. Im not sick, which is good. However, im used to taking high doses of Vit C so im not sore after lifting heavy weights. I used to take another brand and it works. For some reason, i dont get the benefit of less soreness from this product. I might go back to my favored Vit C once im finished with this bottle.
