Winco Heavy-Duty Round Aluminum Layer Cake Pan, 10" x 3"

I purchased this 10x3 inch aluminum pan for baking cakes, and it performed very well. The pan itself is sturdy and feels like good quality. It’s not flimsy at all, which is important when working with heavier batters. It held its shape perfectly during baking and handling. My cakes baked evenly with a nice, consistent texture from edge to center. I do use a method to help regulate heat while baking, but the pan definitely supported even results. I didn’t experience any hot spots or uneven rising, and the cakes came out level and well formed. Overall, this is a reliable, heavy duty pan that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I would purchase it again without hesitation.

Excellent quality. I used it to bake a pineapple upside down cake, the heat was evenly distributed. My cake came out great and the easy to clean is a bonus . Get it!

Seems like a fine pan for its stated use of making cakes. I attempted to use it to make a Chicago-style deep dish pizza, and it was impossible to remove before cutting the pizza. If you're looking to use it to make cakes which don't need to be delicately handled to safely get them out, it's a fine pan. If you're looking to make a deep dish, look for a pan with an angle to the sides.

It’s a very good pan… although it came with a couple of small dings I still like it! Its versatile not only cake but flan as well it bakes evenly and it’s easy to clean

I absolutely love these pens. They hold up great in the dishwasher or even if you wash them by hand. Great value for the money in the durability is awesome.

Used once so far - but they feel nice and heavy and good quality. Have used the fat daddio pans as well and these seem comparable for a lower price. Cakes came out evenly baked.

Excellent quality pan

I'm a pastry chef and I bake quite a bit with these, they're lightweight and reliable, and I always look for this brand when I'm purchasing bake-ware that I expect to last. These don't rust even with deep scratches, and even though they may get a bit discolored overtime, they're still perfectly functional and will provide you with consistent results and light cakes. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a quality product.
