Once completed it is excellent , grandkids love it, but do not underestimate how long it will take to build, preparation is key, hint lay out parts page by page and sort out screws, bolts and label them (you will have some left over)

My grandkids absolutely love this! I would say though that we had to engage the services of a handyman (2 actually) to build it as it’s a massive task, it took them a day and a half and cost me £300 but it really is an amazing addition to the garden for the kids. I did see others for sale around £1000 so in all not too bad. It’s very sturdy and the kids love the picnic bench! It will last for years so worth the expense.

Overall: Once built, it’s a good quality swing set which is very sturdy for the money (£360). Build: I am by no means a professional, but I have put together many flat pack items over the years, but this was by far the most challenging. We got ‘stuck’ on a few occasions and had to create our own holes as no matter which way we put things together, it wouldn’t work, so must have been drilled wrong in the factory which others have also suggested. Additionally, some of the planks cracked if tightened too much (just set drill to lower setting), so just be cautious. It took 2 of us 9hrs to put up. I would suggest to anyone purchasing to give it a light sanding as there are a few splintered bits, and will need a good varnish after. Overall, good product, very sturdy and our 1yr old loves it!

Very good play frame. Took me on my own around 6 and a half hours to build whilst taking breaks and a trip to screwfix for another spanner. Kids adore it and struggle to get them inside after playing on it

Went together easy enough sturdy and the kids love it. And it came even earlier than it anticipated!!

This is a really nice piece of equipment my daughter loves it. Although it took ages to build. My partner did have some help but still took two afternoons to build. Also we have notice that a few parts of the wood had split whilst building which we had to rectify ourselves. As it was near the end of completing when parts had been split.

Very good, sturdy and easy to build

The product looks good once up, but the quality is really bad there are so many bits of the wood that are split, don't expect it to last long, for 400 pounds its not worth the money

Amazing product easy to assemble took about 3 to 4 hours. My kids are loving it so far.

Ci vogliono circa 4h in due/tre persone per il montaggio completo, consiglio di suddividere tutti i pezzi in base alle sigle segnate su ogni pezzo, e metter in ordine tutte le viterie prima di iniziare l'assemblaggio. All'interno della confezione sono presenti alcune viterie extra, e i perni di ancoraggio al suolo. Per ora mi ritengo soddisfatto e mia figlia è felicissima. Ho avuto un problema con due pezzi, erano rovinati, ho segnalato il problema, ed hanno subito effettuato la spedizione per la sostituzione dei pezzi. Consigliatissimo

The perfect playground for our kids!! We are so happy with how it looks and how structurally sound it is. It was definitely an all day build because we only had 1 person doing it, but the digital instructions were incredible. The warranty is also really great - had to replace 2 boards because they split when we drilled into it, but they are sending new ones. The little playhouse is so much fun for our daughter and we added an infant swing for our little one. Highly recommend this product and brand - the stain and wood itself is really beautiful too. Such a great price for the product as well. Also it only came in 1 box, but my orders said 2. But everything even the slide came in one box!
