I was a bit skeptical because i never followed this sort of a routine i usually use different products from different brands. Over the years my acne has gotten better but i still get alot of breakouts here and there, its an on and off thing. So far it seems to be working and if it continues to i will be buying this product again. It is not too irritating, does the job, it does smell like medicine so dont expect fruity smelling stuff. There is a cleanser, two oxygen sprays, a moisturizer, and mud mask. I wash my face in the shower with the cleanser. After my face air dries, I spray the oxygen spray on my face and I let that air dry as well. Then, I apply the moisturizer. I do this morning and night. Each of the products feel like they are working when I apply them. My face had felt refreshing since I've made this part of my routine. This stuff has not irritated my skin. My face is usually pretty oily and heavy feeling and I've noticed my skin has been quite dry, not a bad dry, like an, "I'm supposed to be this way type of healthy dry." The mask you are supposed to use twice a week. I have put it on my weekend and the middle of my work week. It is pretty simple to use and follow.
