I have been taking Vitex for two months now and I absolutely love it going through perimenopause. It works really well with Hot flashes not being able to sleep mood swings. It did take about two months for it to start working cause it is a very slow working herb and then I gave my body a break for like two weeks and I could totally tell that my mood swings came back. My hot flashes came back. I was not able to sleep again so I’m glad I let my body take a break, but I’m also ordering it again and getting back on it. I was never happier like when I’ve been taking it

Great brand! Helps regulate hormones, especially progesterone. I ran out of pills and my body was very upset. So no period this month. I got cramps instead. That's ok. Stay in the schedule anyway . . . I usually take doses of 250, 250, 500, 250, 500... Before my period I'll take a couple days of 500 MG. It's better to take more right before your period is supposed to come. So pills the day you bleed. You're supposed to take breaks with Vitex, so that will count as a break, I guess. I also do Maca: 250, 500, 250. I do this by taking the two pills and switching the tops and bottoms with each other. I'm 50. This results in the most normal cycle I can manage. I also recommend Estrogen cream for the face. It will repair wrinkles. Amazing products to stay young. <3

I have a few different menstrual diagnoses post child birth that have made my hormones suffer significantly, very low progesterone being one of those. Chaste berry combats that! I take it religiously and am grateful for the benefits such as helping fight against the low mood days so I’m more present for my family. I’ve taken a few different brands but I’ll be sticking with this one. I never thought Chasteberry would actually work, but paired with Omega-3, it has been a game-changer for my hormonal acne. My skin has improved noticeably, and breakouts are much less frequent. So glad I gave it a try—definitely an effective addition to my routine

This product has led me to ovulate after not having done so naturally in over a year due to hormonal imbalance type PCOS. This works well only for women with PCOS who don’t only have insulin resistance as an issue.

I haven't taken the full bottle yet but I haven't noticed any unwanted side effects I have noticed an increase in my sex drive. I have PCOS so I started taking the supplement for that. It is too soon to tell if it helps.

I suffer from pcos and hashimoto thyroid. Vitex is a salvation for me and my menstrual cycles. It help a lot even to get pregnant because i have irregular menstrual cycles and with vitex i could ovulate regularly. And i read that vitex helps a lot even with hashimoto thyroid it lower your antibodies and your thyroid hormones.
