I have been listening to Doc Wallach on C2C for many years, I had been wanting to use this for quite some time, I had two hesitations, one was price, it's not cheap, but often enough good quality things aren't cheap, I've spent hundreds of dollars over the years on cheaper supplements only to get partial, little or no results. My other hesitation I had is a personal issue with selenium, in the past when I've taken it, even in the tiniest doses, I had severe stomach/bowel upsets, this product contains selenium, I figured I'd try it and if it didn't work for me, I could find someone to give it to. I am on my second box and fortunately I haven't had any issues with any of the ingredients. I really noticed the benefits after the 3rd week, I was feeling better, and by the 4th and 5th week, I noticed that I didn't feel as good when I skipped a day or two, I will continue taking this as long as I can afford the price. The good thing about these is each day's pills are in an individual packet, no fuss, no muss, there are 7 pills in each packet. The pills are large, well largish, but they aren't hard to take. Bottom line, I recommend these.

Super handy for travel.

Delivered on time, nicely packaged in individual daily dosage packets and convenient to take. Fairly large capsules, maybe a problem if someone has problems swallowing. Only been taking these nutrients for a week so don't have any miracles to report yet, but am satisfied.

I’m the type that takes a lot of different supplements and vitamins so to have everything you need in one quick easy to go packet is wonderful. I’ve been on it for a couple of weeks and I noticed a difference in my energy levels and I feel better. I don’t quite like the taste or the smell but for what you’re getting that is very minor. I know it seems like it’s expensive but when I added up what I was paying for everything else put together that I’ve now eliminated. It’s actually a lot cheaper.

Great value at a great price. Takes all the hassle out of mixing powders and liquids. Definitely a great "ON THE GO" product. Unfortunately, even though it came as a new factory sealed product, this is the third time that a factory sealed product from Youngevity came up short on the actual quantity - only 28 packets rather than 30. This may seem insignificant but this is supposed to be a 30-day supply and even though the price was great and the shipping was free, a shortage takes away from the great price. These products are significantly priced and having to replace the product sooner to make up for occasional shortages makes one re-evaluate future purchases.
